The shallow profile and maze layout let dogs work around the floral channels to reach their meal. That design adds an interactive element to feeding while helping slow down fast eaters. The bowl is made from ceramic with a smooth glazed surface, and adhesive nonslip pads help keep it steady during mealtime. Its brown floral pattern also brings a decorative look to a feeding area, rather than the plain appearance of a basic dish.

Best use cases

Use the vancasso bowl for indoor meals when your dog tends to finish food quickly and could benefit from a more involved feeding routine. The maze creates separate paths through the dish, giving a fast eater more to navigate than an open bowl. For a practical setup, place it on a stable feeding surface and portion food within its 1.5-cup capacity. The bowl can also hold water, offering a puzzle-style alternative to a standard water dish.

This size and design are intended for medium dogs. The shallow shape makes the food accessible across the dish, while the nonslip pads support steadier use as a dog eats. Buyers highlight the bowl’s appearance, weight, cleaning convenience, and ability to stay in place, those impressions can help shoppers weighing a ceramic puzzle feeder against a lighter, simpler bowl.

Included in the package

The package includes one ceramic slow feeder dog bowl. The bowl has adhesive nonslip pads for the base, so it is ready to set up as an indoor feeding dish. Its glazed surface is designed for straightforward cleanup, and the bowl is dishwasher safe. The manufacturer also describes it as microwave safe.

Before you decide

How much food does the bowl hold? It holds up to 1.5 cups of food or water. That capacity is useful for portioning a meal within the dish’s stated size.

Is the floral pattern functional? Yes. The raised maze creates a more involved path through the meal than a plain, open bowl, making it suitable for dogs that eat quickly and for owners who want feeding time to include a puzzle element.

How can I clean it? The ceramic bowl is dishwasher safe, and its smooth glazed surface can also be rinsed after use. Follow the care directions for your dishwasher and the bowl.

When it makes sense

Choose this bowl when you want a ceramic feeder that combines a floral maze, a nonslip base, and a 1.5-cup capacity in one dish. It is a practical fit for indoor feeding with a medium dog, especially when making meals more engaging matters as much as having a place to serve them.
