Gardner Pet Gardner pet-auw Automatic Dog Water Dispenser, 1-Gallon, Stainless Steel Bowl

With a 1-gallon capacity, the Gardner Pet automatic water dispenser keeps a substantial supply ready for dogs, cats, and other pets. Its gravity-fed design replenishes the stainless steel bowl as the water level drops, so pets have access to water without an electric connection.

Choose this dispenser when you want a simple, always-available water station rather than an electric unit with powered features. The BPA-free reservoir and removable bowl make it a practical fit for everyday home use.

Where it shines

The 3.85 L reservoir holds about 1 gallon of water, reducing how often you need to top up a standalone bowl. As your pet drinks, gravity feeds more water into the bowl automatically. That makes it useful for busy routines when you want a ready supply between regular checks and refills.

The design serves households with dogs, cats, or both. Instead of relying on an electrical connection, it uses a straightforward gravity system. Set it up as a dedicated water station in your pet’s usual feeding area, with the wide support base and non-slip pads helping it stay in place during everyday activity.

Highlights

The drinking bowl is made of 304 stainless steel and can be detached for cleaning. The reservoir is described as BPA-free, and a filter cotton at the outlet helps keep dust from entering the bowl. Together, these features give you a water station with a cleanable drinking surface and a simple way to maintain the supply.

The trapezoidal tank shape creates a low center of gravity and a broad support surface. Non-slip pads underneath add grip on the floor, helping the dispenser remain steady if a pet brushes against it. No power source or app connection is needed for the automatic refill function.

Buyer feedback often appreciates the dispenser’s size and everyday functionality. Comments on water retention and durability are mixed, so experiences vary, the documented features to consider are its gravity refill, substantial reservoir, and removable stainless steel bowl.

Maintenance

Detach the stainless steel bowl for straightforward cleaning. The manufacturer recommends cleaning the filter cotton at least once a week, helping keep the outlet area clear of dust. Regularly refresh the water and clean the bowl as part of your pet’s usual feeding-area routine.

Place the dispenser on a level floor in an accessible spot, then fill the reservoir so gravity can supply the bowl as its level falls. Its cordless setup keeps the water station independent of a nearby outlet, while the non-slip base supports a stable placement.

Final verdict

The Gardner Pet dispenser brings together a 1-gallon gravity-fed supply, a 304 stainless steel bowl, and a dust-catching filter in a no-power design. It’s a great fit if you want a convenient everyday water station for a dog, cat, or multi-pet home, with less need to refill a small bowl throughout the day.
