RitoTech MP C2003/C2503/C2004/C2504 4-Pack Toner Cartridges with Chip

For a shared office printing color reports or everyday business documents, this RitoTech four-pack combines black, cyan, yellow, and magenta toner. It is listed for selected Ricoh, Lanier, and Savin printer models. Each cartridge has a built-in smart chip intended to help the printer recognize it. The stated page yields are based on 5% coverage, so they are not a guaranteed count for every print job.

Tips for day-to-day use

This set is intended for replacing toner in compatible color laser printers, rather than supplying paper or other printing accessories. The listed fit includes Ricoh Aficio MP C2003, MP C2503, MP C2004, MP C2004ex, MP C2504, and MP C2504ex printers, along with the corresponding Lanier and Savin MP models. Match the full printer model against that list before choosing a cartridge set, a similar model name alone does not establish compatibility.

The package is described as four toner cartridges plus an installation guide. Having black and all three listed color cartridges together may suit an office that wants a coordinated replacement set instead of sourcing each color separately. The smart chip is a stated feature, but the listing does not provide additional details about setup steps or printer prompts, so the included guide is the available reference for installation.

Why it’s worth it

The main practical appeal is the combination of a four-color set and stated high-yield page counts. The listing specifies up to 15,000 pages for black and 9,500 pages for each color cartridge at 5% coverage on Letter/A4. That gives buyers a useful comparison point when choosing between a set and individual replacement cartridges, especially when both black-and-white and color printing are part of regular office work.

Those figures describe a particular coverage condition, not a promise that every cartridge will reach the listed count. Documents with more ink-heavy graphics or photos use a different amount of toner than pages at 5% coverage. If you prioritize planning around a stated yield, treat the numbers as reference figures and consider how much color your typical documents use.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if your printer is one of the specifically listed models and you want black and color toner in one compatible replacement set. For a workplace that uses color documents alongside routine text printing, the separate black and color yield figures help set expectations more clearly than a single combined yield would.

Better avoided if your printer model is not in the compatibility list or if you need a guaranteed page count independent of document coverage, the listing provides neither. This is a compatible-cartridge set, so buyers seeking a different replacement approach can compare it with purchasing cartridges individually or choosing another cartridge type. The best fit depends on the exact printer and whether a complete four-color set suits your replacement needs.
