PrintImpression Remanufactured Black Ink Cartridges, 2-Pack

Key points

An upgraded chip is designed to help these remanufactured cartridges register quickly and show ink levels on compatible printers. That can make routine black-and-white printing easier to manage.

The pack includes two black cartridges for Epson Expression XP-4200 and XP-4205, plus WorkForce WF-2930 and WF-2950 printers. They’re replacements, not Epson-branded cartridges.

Each cartridge is rated for up to 380 pages at 5% coverage on A4 paper. Treat that as a reference rather than a promise: page yield changes with how much ink each document uses.

Best use cases

This pack is aimed at everyday black printing on the listed printers: forms, letters, schoolwork, and other documents where a color cartridge isn’t the priority. Having two cartridges on hand can also be more convenient than ordering a single replacement whenever the printer runs low.

The listing describes the ink as fast-drying and says installation is easy. Those details may matter if you print in short bursts and want pages ready to handle soon after printing, though actual results can depend on the document and printer. Without having tried it, the sensible reason to choose this pack is its two-cartridge format and stated printer compatibility, not an assumption that remanufactured ink will behave exactly like a new original cartridge.

Tips for day-to-day use

Check that your printer model is among the four listed before ordering. After installing a cartridge, the upgraded chip is intended to support printer recognition and an accurate ink-level display, if either doesn’t appear as expected, the product information doesn’t specify a troubleshooting process.

Keep in mind that the 380-page estimate is based on 5% coverage on A4 paper. Pages with large dark areas, graphics, or heavy text coverage can use more ink, so a household printing mostly dense documents shouldn’t plan around reaching that figure every time.

For a quick practical example, printing a few letters or worksheets at a time is the kind of black-ink use this pack is designed to cover. If your routine depends on color printing, this black-only set won’t meet that need, you’d need to choose supplies for color separately.

Questions before you buy

Which printers are listed as compatible? The product names the Epson Expression XP-4200 and XP-4205, and WorkForce WF-2930 and WF-2950.

How many cartridges come in the pack? Two remanufactured black cartridges are included.

Is the stated yield guaranteed? No. The listing says up to 380 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage on A4 paper, so heavier ink use may reduce the number of pages.

When it makes sense

It suits you if you own one of the listed printers, mainly print in black, and would rather keep a spare cartridge ready than buy replacements one at a time. The chip and ink-level display claims are useful features to look for in a replacement, while the stated yield gives you a rough planning point—not a fixed result.

You may want to skip it if your printer model isn’t listed, you need color ink in the same purchase, or your printing depends on a guaranteed page count. For those needs, a different cartridge set or a supply option with clearer coverage expectations may be a better fit.
