The manufacturer lists read speeds up to 520MB/s and write speeds up to 500MB/s, while 3D NAND TLC flash provides the underlying storage technology.

Compatibility

The drive is designed for a standard 2.5-inch SATA bay in a laptop or desktop PC. Its 7mm profile is suitable for compatible slim laptop bays, and the listed systems also include Microsoft Xbox One and Xbox One X, plus Sony PlayStation 4, PS4 Pro, and PS4 Slim. Check that your device has a compatible 2.5-inch SATA drive slot before installation, a SATA III drive is also backward compatible according to the product specifications.

For a computer upgrade, it can serve as a replacement for an existing SATA drive or as additional internal storage, depending on the available bay and setup. Buyers choosing between a familiar hard drive and a SATA SSD may prefer this format when they want solid-state storage while keeping a standard SATA connection. For console use, confirm that the console’s drive bay and installation requirements match the 2.5-inch format.

Everyday use

Use the 1TB capacity for a system drive, work files, applications, games, or multimedia storage. For example, a compatible laptop owner can install the SSD in the internal 2.5-inch SATA bay and use it as the main drive, a desktop user can dedicate it to frequently accessed applications or a game library. Its solid-state design has no moving parts and is described as shock resistant, making it a different storage approach from a mechanical hard drive.

The product is intended for business, personal, gaming, and multimedia use. Buyers have highlighted its performance and value, offering perspective from people who use it as a SATA storage upgrade. Before first use, the manufacturer advises formatting and partitioning the SSD through Windows Disk Management so it can be accessed in File Explorer.
