A 400-nit brightness rating and 100% sRGB color coverage are useful details for screen-based work and content review. The backlit keyboard makes the laptop easier to use in varied lighting, whether you are working at a desk or finishing tasks while traveling.

For multitasking and storage, the system pairs 32GB LPDDR5X memory with a 1TB SSD. The 12-core Intel Core Ultra 5 135U vPro processor and integrated Intel Graphics are geared toward business workflows, online meetings, document work, and general productivity. For calls, the 1080p IR camera includes a privacy shutter, and facial recognition and a fingerprint reader provide built-in sign-in options.

Practical tips

Use the touchscreen for direct navigation and the backlit keyboard for typing when lighting changes. For a desk setup, the Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI ports let you connect compatible external displays, USB-A ports are available for wired accessories. Windows 11 Pro’s Remote Desktop and BitLocker features can also support a work setup that uses those tools.

Tips for day-to-day use

At 2.4 pounds and 0.59 inches thick, this laptop suits a commute between home, office, and meetings. A practical scenario is carrying it to a client presentation, then connecting a display over HDMI or Thunderbolt 4 and using the touchscreen to move through work. The camera’s privacy shutter is useful when you want a physical way to cover the lens between video calls. Rapid Charge is specified to reach up to 80% in one hour, which can help when charging time is limited.

Compared with a business laptop focused on a conventional non-touch display, this model combines touch input with a 14-inch screen, a backlit keyboard, and a range of wired connections. Its lightweight build is especially relevant for buyers who regularly move between work locations and still want ports for a desk setup.
