HP HP14 14-Inch Laptop with Intel N150, 4GB RAM and 640GB Storage

The Intel N150 quad-core processor and 14-inch LED display give this HP laptop a practical setup for everyday schoolwork, documents, web browsing, and video calls. Its 1366 x 768 resolution and anti-glare screen make text and on-screen content easier to work with across common study and business tasks.

With 4GB of DDR4 memory and 640GB of listed storage, it combines a compact laptop format with room for files and media. The storage is described as 128GB UFS plus a 512GB SD card, and the laptop includes an SD card reader for access to compatible cards.

What to know

The HP14 pairs an Intel N150 processor with integrated Intel graphics and Windows 11 Home. The 14-inch LED screen has a 1366 x 768 native resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and an anti-glare, micro-edge design. These details suit a workspace centered on writing, online research, school platforms, and routine office tasks. The product title also lists one year of Office 365, making it relevant for shoppers looking for a laptop-and-productivity-software package.

Connectivity supports a flexible desk setup: the listed ports include USB-C, two USB-A ports, HDMI, a headphone/microphone combo jack, and an SD card reader. Use HDMI to connect an external display, or plug in peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard, printer, or headset. Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) is also listed for wireless networking.

Buyer feedback is positive about ease of use, while opinions on performance, speed, and reliability are mixed. Some customers describe the laptop as straightforward to work with and responsive, others report slow operation or inconsistent reliability. For a purchase decision, match its listed 4GB of RAM and 1366 x 768 display to the tasks you plan to run.

Practical tips

Think about how you’ll use the laptop most often. For a portable setup focused on notes, documents, browsing, or online classes, the 14-inch screen keeps the working area self-contained. If your routine benefits from a larger view, the HDMI output lets you connect an external display. The SD card reader is useful when accessing compatible SD storage, while the USB ports provide options for everyday accessories.

Its 640GB total storage is described as 128GB UFS plus a 512GB SD card, so the two parts make up the advertised capacity. That layout can be useful when you want the internal storage and card-based storage available in one laptop. A one-year Office 365 offer is named in the product title for shoppers seeking an included productivity-software component.

Usage tips

For a simple study or work session, connect to Wi-Fi, open your documents or browser, and use the built-in touchpad for navigation. The integrated graphics and Intel N150 platform support a general-purpose laptop setup, while the HDMI and USB connections help bring in a monitor or other peripherals when your workspace calls for them. The headphone/microphone combo jack is suited to a wired headset for calls or listening.

The anti-glare screen is a practical detail for document reading and browsing in a range of indoor settings. At 1366 x 768, it presents everyday content at its native resolution. Keep the laptop’s 4GB memory in mind when choosing the number and type of applications to use at once, and tailor your setup to your usual workload rather than expecting a workstation-style configuration.

When it makes sense

Choose the HP14 when you want a Windows laptop with a 14-inch LED display, an Intel N150 quad-core processor, and a useful set of wired connections for school or routine business tasks. Compared with a setup that relies on a tablet or a small screen, its laptop form factor, touchpad, USB ports, and HDMI output support document-based work and peripheral connections in one device. It’s a great fit if your day centers on browsing, writing, online learning, or video meetings and you value the combination of a compact display, SD card access, and 640GB of listed storage.
