E-Z Ink PGI-280XXL Compatible Black Ink Cartridge, 2-Pack for Canon PIXMA

If you need replacement black ink for a supported Canon PIXMA printer, this E-Z Ink pack provides two PGI-280XXL cartridges. The listed printer range includes models such as the TR8620a, TR8520, TS9521C, and TS9120, making the exact model match the first thing to check before ordering.

Each cartridge is rated for up to 600 pages at 5% coverage. That figure gives you a planning reference, not a guarantee of how many pages you will get from documents with heavier ink coverage.

Why it makes sense

The pack is focused on large black cartridges rather than a mixed-color set. That suits a household or home office that mainly needs black ink for everyday documents and wants a spare cartridge ready when the first runs out. The listing describes the cartridges as compatible replacements, not Canon-branded originals.

Buyer feedback highlights ease of installation, printer recognition, and clear document output. Some buyers also describe the cartridges as lasting a while. Those reports may help set expectations, but actual page life and print results depend on use and should not be treated as guaranteed performance.

It’s a great fit if you need black ink for a printer in the stated compatibility range and prefer a two-cartridge pack. It might not be a great match if your printer model is not listed or you need color cartridges as part of the same purchase.

Quick overview

This is a compatible inkjet cartridge set with two large black PGI-280XXL cartridges. The stated yield is 600 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage, and the product information lists a 24-month guarantee with technical support. The highlighted printer models include Canon PIXMA TR8620a, TR8620, TR8622a, TR8520, TS9521C, TS6120, TS9120, TS6320, TR7520, and TS702a. Other compatibility entries appear in the listing as well, so use your printer’s exact model number to confirm it is included.

Compared with buying an original-brand cartridge, this is an aftermarket replacement approach. Buyer comments generally describe good print quality and value relative to name-brand alternatives, though those are individual impressions rather than a promise of identical results for every printer or job.

Practical tips

Before replacing a cartridge, match your printer’s model number against the compatibility information and make sure you are selecting the black PGI-280XXL version. The package contains two cartridges, so it can serve as a replacement plus a spare. Keep the stated yield in context: the 5% coverage basis may differ from pages with dense text, graphics, or photographs. If you print mostly color, this black-only pack does not cover that need.

Before you decide

Which cartridges are included? The listing specifies two large black PGI-280XXL cartridges.

How many pages is each cartridge rated for? The stated yield is 600 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage, actual output can vary with page content.

Does it work with every Canon PIXMA printer? No universal compatibility is stated. The listing names specific PIXMA models, so confirm your exact printer model is included before choosing it.

Buying verdict

Choose this pack when you need two compatible black cartridges for a listed Canon PIXMA model and want the stated 600-page-per-cartridge yield as a planning guide. Its main distinction is the two-cartridge, black-only format, it is less suited to a purchase where you also need color ink. For an unlisted printer or a requirement for Canon-branded cartridges, this product information does not establish a match.
