GLACIER FRESH Replacement for 7012333 Ice Maker Water Filter, 0.5-Micron Carbon

Tech summary

At 9.73"D x 2.33"W x 2.33"H, this replacement water filter is sized for compatible Sub-Zero UC-15 ice makers. Its activated coconut-shell carbon block uses 0.5-micron filtration to remove impurities and contaminants. The filter is designed to help improve water taste while maintaining a high flow rate, supporting consistent water delivery to your ice maker.

It is compatible with Sub-Zero 7012333 and 70012333 filters, Manitowoc K00374, and listed UC-15 models: UC-151, UC-15I, UC-15IO, UC-15IP, UC-15, and UC-151P. Compatibility is also listed for AQF-70012333 and AQUA CREST 7012333. Because this is a model-specific replacement, match the filter and ice maker model before installation. NSF is identified as the external testing certification.

Tips for day-to-day use

Before the first use, run 3–5 gallons of water through the filter. This flush helps prepare the filter for regular operation. The stated service life is 3–6 months or 2,800 gallons, whichever comes first, giving you a practical interval for planning a replacement. Actual timing depends on which of those limits is reached first.

For a routine change, check the model information on your ice maker and compare it with the compatibility list above. This is especially useful when replacing an existing filter labeled 7012333 or K00374. After fitting the replacement, use the recommended initial flush before returning the ice maker to normal use. The carbon block filtration and stated high-flow design suit households that want filtered water delivered through a compatible built-in ice maker, rather than a separate countertop or pitcher filter.
