GL GLENSLAVE S05 Dog Car Seat, Memory Foam Cushion, Washable Cover

For a drive with a small dog or cat, the GL GLENSLAVE S05 creates a cushioned place to ride in the front or back seat of a car, SUV, or truck. Its raised booster design helps pets look out at their surroundings while they travel.

Want a dedicated pet spot that can also serve as a resting place at home? Remove the safety belts and this car seat can double as a bed for home, outdoor outings, or tent trips.

The plush surface, memory foam cushion, and adjustable safety leashes make this a comfort-focused setup for pets weighing up to 35 pounds. A shoulder strap and harness access at the bottom support use as a car seat.

Usage tips

Position the seat in the front or back of your vehicle and use its shoulder strap and adjustable safety leashes as intended to help keep your pet in place. The bottom harness access lets you connect a pet harness, while the seat’s raised cushion provides a higher resting position than a flat travel mat. For trips that end in a campsite or at home, remove the safety belts and use the seat as a familiar resting spot.

The seat arrives vacuum-packed. After opening it, allow 24–48 hours for it to regain its shape before use. To clean the cover, unzip the base and remove the foam, the cover can be machine washed or hand washed.

What you’ll notice day to day

The soft plush surface and memory foam cushion give pets a padded place to settle in, while the 6-inch eggshell sponge cushion at the base raises their view of the cabin and surroundings. This makes the booster format useful for small and medium pets that benefit from a defined, elevated place to rest during a drive. Storage pockets provide space for small items, and the removable design transitions from vehicle use to a bed at home or outdoors.

Buyers commonly describe the seat as comfortable and appreciate its size for smaller pets, along with the ease of installing and removing it. Feedback on the straps is mixed: some buyers value the two-point restraint, while others report receiving a seat with one strap missing. The listed components include two safety leashes, so check that both are present when unpacking.
