Petprsco 24-Inch Soft Dog Crate (Model petprsco), 3 Doors & Mesh Vents

For pet owners who need a portable enclosure for car trips, indoor use, or outdoor outings, the Petprsco soft crate combines a collapsible design with multiple access points and ventilated mesh panels. Its 24-inch size is intended for small dogs and large cats.

A removable mat, blanket, and foldable travel bowl add practical comforts for time away from home, while the crate folds down for storage between trips.

Key takeaways

Four-sided mesh panels provide airflow and visibility, and three zippered doors offer different ways for a pet to enter or for an owner to reach inside. A steel frame supports the soft fabric enclosure, corner protection pads help shield the crate and nearby surfaces from wear. The top handle makes it easier to carry, and side pockets keep small items such as treats or toys close at hand.

The mat is removable and washable, and the included blanket and foldable bowl make it easier to bring familiar basics along. Buyers often appreciate the portability, room to move, and straightforward setup. Feedback on durability and zipper quality is mixed, with some customers reporting mesh tearing, so supervise pets that scratch or bite at the enclosure.

Quick sizing guide

The crate measures 24"L x 17"W x 17"H. To assess the fit, measure your pet from nose to the base of the tail for length and from the top of the head to the floor for height. The manufacturer’s sizing guidance is to allow enough room to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably. It is described for small dogs and large cats, including travel in an SUV or midsize vehicle, it is not designed for compact cars or air travel.

If you are choosing between a rigid kennel and a soft collapsible crate, would portability and fold-away storage make the soft format more useful for your routine? This model is designed to set up and fold down without tools, which suits trips where the enclosure needs to be packed away afterward.

How to use it

Set the frame up on a level surface and secure the doors with their zippers. Attach the adjustable leash to your pet’s collar as described, and keep the pet supervised while inside. The three doors give you options for access, while the mesh sides maintain visibility and airflow during a car ride or at home. Add the mat for a resting surface, and pack the blanket and bowl for outings. The fabric can be hand-washed or machine-washed, airing it outdoors before first use is recommended by the manufacturer.

For car travel, choose a vehicle space that accommodates the crate’s dimensions and position it securely. It suits pets that are comfortable using a soft crate, the manufacturer advises against use for persistent chewers or escape-prone pets, whose scratching or biting may damage the mesh or zippers. Puppies should be crate-trained before using this enclosure.

Final verdict

Choose the Petprsco when a fixed, rigid kennel is less convenient than a portable enclosure that folds for storage and offers several access doors. Its mesh ventilation, carry handle, storage pockets, and included comfort accessories make it a practical setup for small pets at home and on suitable car trips. Measure your pet before choosing the 24-inch size, then use the crate in a vehicle with enough room for it to sit securely.
