YUNIQUE YUNIQUE-900 Soft-Sided Pet Carrier, Black, Foldable Mesh Design

What to know

For a vet appointment, car ride, or trip, the YUNIQUE soft-sided carrier gives cats and small dogs a portable place to travel. Its black polyester design folds down for storage and has breathable mesh panels on both sides to support airflow.

The carrier measures 16.54 x 11.42 x 11.42 inches and is designed for pets up to 15 lbs. An adjustable shoulder strap and padded handle give you two ways to carry it, while the zippered closure helps keep your pet inside during transport. A front pocket provides room for treats or small pet accessories, and the included collapsible bowl is useful for travel stops.

Compared with a rigid carrier, this foldable style makes portability and compact storage central to the choice. Its lightweight fabric construction suits everyday outings as well as travel, with mesh panels that let your pet see out and help air circulate.

Who it’s for

This carrier is intended for cats and dogs up to 15 lbs, making it a practical option for owners who want one soft-sided carrier for vet visits, shopping trips, car rides, or flights. Its airline-approved design supports travel planning, while airline requirements can vary, so check the rules for your specific trip before flying.

The mesh sides provide visibility and ventilation during transit. For a quick appointment, the adjustable strap can leave your hands free while walking, and the padded handle offers a hand-carry option. Buyers often appreciate the roominess and ease of getting pets in and out. Some also mention that the sides can lose their shape, so settle the carrier into position before placing your pet inside.

Getting the most from it

Unfold the carrier and arrange it before your pet enters, then close the zipper for transport. Use the shoulder strap or handle according to the situation: the strap is handy for walking between the car and a destination, while the handle is convenient for shorter carries. The front pocket keeps small travel items close at hand, and the collapsible bowl can be used when you stop to offer your pet water.

After an outing, fold the carrier down for storage. That makes it a useful choice for households that want a travel carrier they can put away between trips rather than leave set up. The breathable mesh, soft-sided structure, and two carrying options bring together comfort-focused airflow and everyday portability.
