TOPOmerice Full-size Dog Car Seat for Dogs Up to 30 lb, Washable Cover

Give a small dog a raised place to ride on trips in a car, SUV, or truck. The TOPOmerice booster seat is designed for dogs up to 30 pounds and measures 18.5 x 18.5 x 18.5 inches.

An adjustable safety leash, non-slip base, and curved booster walls help create a more contained spot for your pet. The removable cover is machine washable, making routine cleanup straightforward.

Would a booster-style seat work better for your regular drives than a simple tether alone? This design combines an elevated seat with a place for your dog to settle, plus side pockets for small travel essentials.

The essentials

The padded booster seat gives a small dog a defined place to ride rather than sharing the passenger seat without a dedicated seating area. Its 18.5-inch dimensions provide a useful reference when planning where it will sit in the vehicle. The product is listed for dogs weighing up to 30 pounds and is intended for use in cars, SUVs, and trucks.

For installation, thread the vehicle seat belt through the base, attach the seat to the headrest, and adjust it for a snug fit. The adjustable safety leash adds a point of attachment for your dog. The non-slip base and curved walls are designed to help the seat stay in position during the ride. As with any pet restraint, follow the setup instructions and secure the leash before traveling.

Two side pockets offer convenient storage for items such as treats, toys, or a leash. The booster can also serve as a familiar resting spot at home, in a tent, or on a patio. Buyers commonly describe the seat as padded and comfortable, and many mention that installation and removal are easy. Feedback on stability is mixed: some say it secures well, while others have found it less secure, so take care to fit and attach it correctly.

On-body feel

The padded design gives dogs a cushioned place to settle during a drive. Its raised format creates a distinct seating area, while the curved sides provide a more enclosed feel than an open seat or a tether used on its own. Buyers also report that the seat accommodates small dogs comfortably, with room for them to settle in. Individual fit depends on the dog, so consider both your pet’s size and the seat’s listed dimensions when choosing a spot in the vehicle.

Usage tips

Position the booster where it can be secured, then route the seat belt through the base and attach the seat at the headrest as directed. Adjust the setup snugly and connect the adjustable safety leash before setting off. Keep treats or a familiar toy in a side pocket for easy access, and use the removable cover to make cleaning simpler: remove it and machine wash it according to its care instructions. For travel, the booster-seat approach offers a dedicated place for a small dog, a basic restraint offers a different setup without the same raised seating area.

Should you buy it?

It suits you if you want a cushioned, elevated travel seat for a small dog, with an adjustable leash, a non-slip base, and a cover that can be removed for machine washing. The pockets add practical storage for everyday outings, and the booster can also provide a familiar resting place outside the car. For regular drives with a dog up to 30 pounds, it brings the seating area, restraint attachment, and easy-care cover together in one product.
