FUKUMARU CL04-3 SAP-Enhanced Tofu Cat Litter, 18 lb, White Tea Scent

Choosing cat litter often comes down to what matters most in daily cleanup: moisture absorption, easy scooping, or a noticeable fragrance. FUKUMARU CL04-3 combines tofu granules with SAP absorbent technology for a litter box routine focused on moisture control and firm clumps.

The plant-based pellets are made with upcycled soybean fiber, and the formula has a light white tea scent that activates when it absorbs moisture. Its 18 lb size provides a practical supply for regular litter box care.

Want the moisture-control benefits of an enhanced formula while keeping a tofu-based litter? This option pairs SAP absorption with clumping pellets designed for manual scooping.

Tech summary

SAP technology helps the pellets absorb moisture and lock in liquid, supporting a drier litter box and helping reduce waste from moisture buildup. On contact with moisture, the granules form firm clumps intended to hold together during scooping. That makes the formula a useful choice for households that prefer removing soiled areas rather than replacing all the litter during routine cleanup.

The white tea aroma is released as moisture is absorbed, adding a light fragrance as part of odor management. Multi-stage screening helps minimize loose dust, while the plant-based tofu material offers an alternative to choosing a litter primarily for a different base material. The key distinction from regular tofu litter is the added SAP technology, which is designed to enhance absorption.

Buyers often praise the clumping and the ease of scooping. Feedback on odor control varies, and experiences with tracking differ as well, so these aspects may depend on the individual cat and litter setup.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use this litter in a manual litter box and scoop out formed clumps as part of regular maintenance. Its pellets are designed for manual litter boxes, their size and density may not work well with most automatic sifting systems. The moisture-activated scent means the white tea aroma is associated with absorption rather than being a constant strong fragrance.

For disposal, place used litter in regular household trash. This formula is not designed to be flushed, even if some customer comments describe flushing experiences. Following the stated disposal method helps protect plumbing. The 18 lb supply is suited to households looking for a tofu-based litter with enhanced absorption for everyday use.
