TECHTAIL HCB526 Heated Cat Bed, 20-Inch Round Donut with Adjustable Heating Pad

Key points

The 20-inch round donut shape creates a defined resting spot, while the raised cotton-filled edge gives cats and small dogs a place to curl up and rest their head. Cotton and polyester materials and a non-slip bottom make it suited to indoor use, and the adjustable heating pad adds warmth for pets that enjoy a heated place to settle.

Unlike a basic unheated cushion, this bed can be used with its removable heating pad or as a regular pet bed when the pad is removed. Buyers often highlight its warmth, softness, and cozy shape, some also appreciate its size for accommodating two cats or a small dog. These are individual customer impressions, and the bed’s 20-inch diameter is the practical guide for planning a pet’s resting space.

Size & fit

The bed measures 20 inches across and 7.5 inches thick. It is sized for cats and small dogs, with a maximum recommended pet weight of 15 pounds. The round, raised-edge design gives a pet a snug place to curl up, making it a natural fit beside a favorite indoor resting spot. For households choosing between a compact heated nest and a larger open mat, this shape focuses on a contained, cushioned resting area.

Getting the most from it

Set the bed indoors where your pet already likes to rest, then adjust the heating pad and timer to suit your preferred setup. The pad is detachable, so you can remove it before machine washing the bed and use the cushion without heat when desired. For a new bed, turn it inside out by hand, gently pat or shake it, and allow 48 hours for it to regain its soft, fluffy shape. Then unzip the bed and place the heating pad inside. The heating is designed to respond to your pet’s use, so the surface may not feel warm when the bed is empty.
