Coop Home Goods Original Toddler Pillow CHG-TD-SMF, Adjustable Memory Foam, 19 x 13 in

At 19 x 13 inches, this pillow is sized for a toddler bed and easy to pack for trips. Its fill blends cross-cut memory foam and microfiber. You can add or remove fill to adjust the loft. The zippered cover is removable and machine washable.

Size & fit

The compact rectangular format suits a child’s bed, nap time, or travel when a standard bed pillow would take up more room. The adjustable fill lets an adult change how full or flat it feels, rather than being limited to one fixed firmness. That can be useful as preferences change, though the listing does not specify a recommended fill amount or adjustment schedule.

It suits you if you want a small pillow with customizable loft and a removable cover. The product is also described as suitable for different sleeping positions, including back, side, stomach, and multi-position sleeping. Buyers often praise its size and softness, with some saying it works well for travel as well as for toddlers. Better avoided if you need a pillow that can be fully machine washed: the care instructions say to spot-clean the inner pillow and wash the outer cover separately.

Why it’s worth it

The main distinction is adjustability in a toddler-size pillow. A basic small pillow offers a set amount of fill, here, the memory foam and microfiber blend can be added or removed to change the feel. The Lulltra cover is described as breathable and soft, while its zipper has a locking latch and no pull tab. An adult can open it using a paperclip or pin to lift the latch, which is intended to keep children from accessing the fill.

For a practical example, the compact dimensions can make it easier to include a familiar pillow in an overnight bag, while the removable cover can be washed after everyday spills. Coop Home Goods lists CertiPUR-US and GREENGUARD Gold certifications. Buyer feedback is generally positive about comfort, softness, size, and support, but value opinions are mixed. Some buyers also report an unpleasant odor, so reactions to the pillow’s smell are not uniform.

Before you decide

Can the fill be adjusted? Yes. An adult can open the locking zipper and add or remove fill to change the pillow’s loft.

Can the whole pillow go in the washing machine? The care instructions specify spot-cleaning the inner pillow. The removable outer cover can be machine washed separately and tumble dried on low.

Is the zipper accessible to a child? The zipper is designed with a locking latch and no pull tab. Opening it requires an adult to lift the latch with a paperclip or pin.

Is it worth it?

This pillow is worth considering when a compact toddler-size format, adjustable fill, and a washable cover matter more than having a fully machine-washable pillow. Its size also makes it a practical alternative to packing a full-size bed pillow for a child’s trip. The reported odor and mixed views on value are worth weighing alongside the adjustable design. If you choose it, plan to follow the separate cleaning instructions for the cover and inner pillow.
