Babylicious Waterproof Pack and Play Mattress Topper, 38" x 26" Memory Foam

Choosing a playard sleep surface often comes down to whether you want a portable layer of cushioning or a more substantial mattress. The Babylicious Pack and Play topper is a 38" x 26" memory foam pad that rolls up and has a carry buckle, making it a practical format to consider for trips or visits when you want to bring a familiar surface along.

At 1.5 inches thick, it adds a plush foam layer rather than replacing the playard’s basic setup with a full-size mattress. Its listed waterproof protection and removable cover are useful details for everyday baby messes, though the supplied care information is inconsistent.

Quick sizing guide

The pad measures 38" long by 26" wide and is described as designed for standard Pack N Play playards. Compare those measurements with your playard’s sleep area before choosing it, the product description says it fits most standard models, not every playard. Rounded corners are also listed as part of the design.

Its 1.5-inch thickness helps set expectations: this is a cushioning topper, not a thick standalone mattress. For a weekend visit, the roll-up design and carry buckle offer a way to pack the pad with baby gear. If your priority is a more substantial mattress rather than a portable layer, this format may not match what you’re looking for.

Pros

The combination of memory foam, a plush top, and high-density foam is intended to add softness while retaining support. The cover is described as removable, and the product information lists waterproof protection, including a TPU layer. Those details may be helpful when an easy-to-pack surface also needs to handle routine spills or diaper-related messes.

Buyer feedback commonly highlights added softness, comfort, fit in playards, and portability. Some reviewers describe the pad as easy to roll up for storage. Opinions on thickness and durability are mixed, however: while some find the padding substantial, others consider it too thin or flimsy. That range of feedback makes it worth weighing the 1.5-inch profile against your expectations rather than assuming it will feel like a conventional mattress.

It’s a great fit if you want a packable layer with a removable, waterproof cover for a playard. Not the best choice if you need a thicker sleep surface or want a product whose care instructions are unambiguous: the supplied specifications say hand wash only, while the product description says the cover is machine washable. Follow the instructions on the item’s care tag.

When it makes sense

This Babylicious pad makes the most sense when portability and a softer playard surface matter more than extra thickness. Its roll-up format can suit travel or occasional stays away from home, while the listed dimensions give you a concrete starting point for checking fit. For everyday use, consider whether a 1.5-inch topper meets your needs and confirm the playard’s measurements before relying on the stated standard fit. If a thicker mattress is your main goal, compare products designed around that need instead.
