AWoHH PTW Cat Fountain Filter Set, 25 Filters, 25 Sponges and Brush

The 50+1-piece AWoHH PTW set includes 25 replacement filters, 25 sponges, and a brush for maintaining a compatible cat water fountain.

The product name lists PETLIBRO Dockstream models PLWF106, PLWF116, PLWF115, PLWF105, and PLWF005. The detailed compatibility copy also names PLWF305, so the model lists are not fully consistent.

The filters use activated carbon and ion-exchange resin, while the sponges are intended to catch hair before it reaches the pump. The listing recommends soaking the filters for five minutes and rinsing them for 30 seconds before installation.

Practical tips

Treat this as a replacement set for a fountain you already own, rather than a standalone water filter. Match your fountain’s model number to the compatibility information before ordering, especially because PLWF305 appears in the detailed copy but not in the product name. The listing describes the set as a one-year supply when filters are changed every two to three weeks, that schedule is the basis for the estimate, not a promise that every household will use the same amount.

Before putting a filter in the fountain, follow the supplied preparation directions: soak it for five minutes and rinse it for 30 seconds. The instructions also recommend replacing the pre-filter sponge with each filter change. That step is relevant if hair buildup near the pump is a concern in your home. If carbon residue is visible after unpacking, the listing says to rinse the filter with clean water.

Why it makes sense

This set groups the filter and pump-protection sponge replacements together, so you do not have to source those parts separately for each change. The stated combination of activated carbon and ion-exchange resin is intended to reduce chlorine, heavy metals, and odors. Those are product claims, not a guarantee of a particular change in water quality or a health outcome for a cat.

You’ll appreciate it if you want a supply of both consumables for a compatible fountain and prefer to keep replacement parts on hand. It might not be a great match if your fountain model is not among the listed options. Buyers describe the filters as fitting Petlibro fountains and making the water seem cleaner, some also praise the perceived quality and value. Those impressions can help set expectations, but they do not resolve the inconsistent model lists in the product details.

Compared with buying filters and sponges separately, this bundle keeps both replacement types together. A different replacement approach may make more sense if you need a model-specific fit that is not clearly confirmed here, or if you want to choose each component independently.

Practical questions

How often does the listing suggest replacing a filter? It bases its one-year supply estimate on a replacement interval of every two to three weeks.

Do the sponges have a separate purpose? The listing describes them as pre-filters that catch hair before it reaches the fountain pump and recommends changing one with each filter.

Which fountain models are named? The product name lists PLWF106, PLWF116, PLWF115, PLWF105, and PLWF005. The detailed copy additionally names PLWF305, so the exact fit is less clear for that model.

Is it worth it?

This bundle is worth considering when your fountain matches one of the clearly listed models and you want filters and pump-protection sponges together. Its practical appeal is the combined supply and the stated replacement schedule, rather than a documented performance comparison with other filters. The conflicting compatibility details are the main reason to be cautious: if your model is PLWF305, or is not listed, the information here does not establish a clear fit.
