CHEERPALS B00802L Cloud Cat Window Perch, Large Reversible Washable Cushion

For indoor cats that like to watch the outdoors from a raised resting spot, the CHEERPALS Cloud Cat Window Perch creates a dedicated place at the window. Its suction-cup mounting makes it a different setup from a bed placed on the floor.

The Large version has a reversible cushion: plush fabric on one side and breathable mesh on the other. The cushion is removable, and the bed and cushion can be machine washed.

Would a window perch suit your cat better than another spot on the floor? The key considerations here are the available window surface, the perch’s dimensions, and the suction cups’ care requirements.

Technical overview

• Name: CHEERPALS Cloud Cat Window Perch
• Type: Indoor cat window perch
• Size: Large
• Material: Polyester
• Dimensions: 12.1 x 11.3 x 2.9 inches
• Capacity: Supports up to 40 lbs, according to the product details
• What’s included: Setup toolkit

The reversible cushion offers two different resting surfaces, with plush fabric intended for a warmer-feeling spot and mesh for a more breathable surface. Raised sides provide a cushioned edge for cats to rest against. The published dimensions help you compare the perch with the space available at your window and the area your cat uses to settle down.

The manufacturer notes that cold weather can harden the suction cups and reduce their grip. That makes preparation part of the setup, rather than a detail to overlook. Buyers describe the perch as soft and easy to assemble, and some say it has stayed in place during use. Those comments are individual experiences, not a substitute for following the setup guidance or checking the mount.

How to use it

This perch is intended to give an indoor cat a place to rest by a window. The included setup toolkit is listed as a component, though the product details do not specify its contents. Before mounting, make sure the window surface and suction cups are dry. The instructions also recommend gently wiping the cups with a damp wipe to encourage stronger suction.

If the cups have hardened in cold weather, soak them in warm water at approximately 140°F for about 10 minutes, then dry both the cups and window surface thoroughly. The listed support limit is up to 40 lbs, use that figure when considering whether the perch suits your cat rather than relying on the general claim that it fits all breeds and sizes.

Practical tips

The reversible surface lets you choose plush or mesh without replacing the bed. For cleaning, remove the cushion and machine wash it along with the cat bed. Avoid high-heat drying, which the care guidance says can leave the plush dry or brittle.

Buyers also mention that the perch is straightforward to assemble and can be removed and reattached. Even so, suction-cup mounting depends on the cups maintaining their hold, so follow the preparation guidance, particularly after cold exposure. Compared with a basic floor bed, this design gives a cat a window-side resting place, a floor bed is more flexible if you want to move the sleeping spot around without using a window.

Final verdict

You’ll appreciate it if your cat enjoys resting by a window and you want a washable perch with both plush and mesh sides. Its stated 40 lb support limit and compact listed dimensions give you concrete details to weigh against your cat and available window space. It’s not for you if you need a bed that can be placed anywhere away from a window. The cold-weather suction-cup guidance is also worth factoring into setup and care.
