Bedsure CA000027G0S ComfyFleece Self-Warming Cat Mat, 24 x 18-Inch

A pet mat for a small resting spot has different priorities than a thick, powered heating bed: this Bedsure ComfyFleece mat uses your pet’s body heat rather than electricity. Its 24 x 18-inch rectangular shape is designed for cats and small dogs, and the corduroy fleece surface gives them a soft place to settle indoors or in a crate.

The mat is machine washable and has a non-slip bottom, so it can work as a removable resting layer on a bed, sofa, or carrier. Its self-warming construction is the key distinction: it reflects body heat, but does not actively heat itself.

How it fits

This is a compact mat for a familiar resting place, not a standalone powered heater. Put it inside a crate or carrier, or lay it over a sofa or pet bed when you want a softer surface without adding a cord or plug. The listed size is 24 x 18 inches, making it most relevant for small pets, check the available space where you plan to use it before choosing it as a crate liner.

It makes sense if you want a washable layer that offers extra warmth by reflecting your pet’s own body heat. The non-skid underside is intended to help the mat stay put on a resting surface. For travel, its mat format can be moved between a carrier and a familiar indoor spot, though the product details do not specify a carrying case.

Where it shines

The practical appeal is the combination of a soft fleece top and a non-electric warming design. There is no external power requirement, which makes placement simpler than with an electrically heated mat. That also means it is a passive source of warmth, not a temperature-controlled heating pad. Choose it for a cozy surface in a cool room or as an extra layer, shoppers seeking active, adjustable heat should look for a different type of product.

Buyer feedback commonly describes the mat as soft and comfortable, with some customers appreciating the way it reflects body heat. Reports about whether pets take to it are mixed, however: some buyers say their cats use it, while others report little interest. That uncertainty matters because comfort features cannot guarantee a particular pet will choose a new resting spot.
