65XL Ink Cartridges Black and Tri-Color Combo

When a home printer runs low on both black and color ink, replacing the pair together can be simpler than buying cartridges one at a time. This 65XL combo includes one black cartridge and one tri-color cartridge for compatible HP printers.

The listing names select Envy, DeskJet, and AMP models. Match your printer’s full model number against that list before ordering, sharing a series name alone may not be enough.

If you prioritize having both ink types on hand for everyday documents and occasional color pages, the combo suits that routine. If you prefer to replace only the color you’ve used, a mixed black-and-color pack may not fit your buying habits.

Where it shines

This set is aimed at routine printing rather than a single-color refill: use black for letters, forms, or schoolwork, then switch to color for a chart or a page with graphics without needing a separate purchase for the other cartridge. The package contains one 65XL black cartridge, one 65XL tri-color cartridge, and a user guide.

The stated yields are 600 pages for black and 400 pages for tri-color, measured at 5% coverage of A4 paper. That coverage condition matters: a page with large blocks of color or dense graphics uses ink differently, so those figures are a reference, not a promise of the same number of pages in every household. On the spec sheet, the appeal is having both cartridge types in one pack, with separate yield claims for each.

Key points

The listing identifies compatibility with select HP Envy printers, including the 5055, 5052, 5058, 5010, 5012, 5014, 5020, and 5030, select AMP models, including the 100, 120, and 125, and a range of DeskJet models, including the 3755, 3758, 2655, 2652, 2624, 2622, 2635, 2636, 3720, 3721, 3722, 3730, 3732, 3752, 2600, and 3772. Check the exact model, especially if its number is not shown here.

The product description says upgraded chips are intended to support printer recognition and reduce cartridge errors. That is the seller’s stated feature, not a guarantee that every setup will recognize a cartridge without trouble. You’ll appreciate it if your printer is among the listed models and you want black and color replacements in one pack. Better avoided if your exact model is absent or you need a cartridge specifically confirmed for an unlisted printer.

Best use cases

This combo makes most sense for a household or home office that prints a mix of text and occasional color. Picture printing a few black-and-white pages during the week, then a colored school handout: having both cartridges available is more convenient than buying only a black refill and discovering you also need color. For frequent, image-heavy printing, actual page life may differ from the stated yields because coverage affects ink use.

Should you buy it?

Choose this 65XL pack if your printer appears in the compatibility list, you need both black and tri-color ink, and the stated yield conditions suit the way you print. It offers a straightforward paired replacement rather than a single-cartridge purchase. Skip it if your model is not listed, or if you want independently confirmed compatibility or yield information that the product details do not provide.
