KingKJ Toner Cartridge PK492

The two-cartridge pack and stated 2,000-page yield per cartridge make this KingKJ PK492 replacement set a practical way to restock a compatible Dell printer without buying cartridges one at a time. That yield is based on 5% coverage on A4 paper, so it’s a reference point rather than a promise for every print job.

The listing specifies a built-in chip and names four compatible printer models. That gives buyers a clear starting point for checking fit, while the coverage limit matters if your documents include heavy graphics or large areas of dark ink.

Key specifications

This is a black, compatible PK492 toner cartridge set with two cartridges. The stated yield is 2,000 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage on A4 paper. Compatible models listed are the Dell 2330d, 2330dn, 2350d, and 2350dn. The cartridges include a built-in chip, according to the product information.

The listing also says the cartridges undergo quality testing and that the product has ISO 9001 certification. A two-year warranty and customer support are stated as well. Those are useful details to weigh, but the page does not provide a specific independent test result or a more detailed warranty process.

Page yield depends on what you print. A short text document and a page filled with dark graphics won’t use toner at the same rate. The stated figure uses 5% coverage on A4, a different workload cannot be translated into a reliable page count without that measurement.

Who it’s for

This set is aimed at owners of the listed Dell models who want a compatible replacement rather than a cartridge from the printer manufacturer. It may suit a home office or small workplace with regular text printing, where keeping a spare cartridge ready can prevent a routine document run from turning into a supply search.

A solid pick if your printer model matches the list and your typical pages are mostly text. If your work involves frequent full-page graphics, the stated yield may be less representative of what you’ll get in practice. Check the exact model number on your printer before choosing a replacement, the listing doesn’t claim compatibility beyond the models it names.

Everyday use

The product information describes a two-cartridge pack, but doesn’t list additional items in the box. In everyday use, the practical benefit is having a second cartridge available after the first runs out. The built-in chip is intended to support printer recognition, though the listing doesn’t explain setup steps or describe how an error message should be handled.

Compared with buying a single replacement at a time, a two-pack keeps another cartridge on hand. If you print only occasionally, though, one cartridge may be enough for your needs, and this set’s stated yield alone won’t tell you how quickly you’ll use both.

Questions before you buy

Which printers are listed as compatible? The product information names the Dell 2330d, 2330dn, 2350d, and 2350dn. Match your printer’s full model number against that list.

How many pages does each cartridge claim to print? The stated yield is 2,000 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage on A4 paper. Actual results can vary with the amount of toner used on each page.

What support is mentioned? The listing states a two-year warranty, customer service, and replacement service for defective products. It does not provide further terms here.

Buying verdict

Choose this KingKJ set if you own one of the named printers, want two compatible cartridges on hand, and mainly need everyday text printing. Not the best choice if your model isn’t on the compatibility list or you need a yield estimate for graphics-heavy work: the only figure provided is tied to 5% A4 coverage.
