SoundPEATS Air6 HS semi-in-ear earbuds with LDAC and 45-hour battery

For listening to music on the commute or taking calls between meetings, the SoundPEATS Air6 HS combine a semi-in-ear fit with wireless playback and touch controls. Their 13mm triple-magnet bio-composite drivers support Hi-Res Audio and LDAC, giving compatible Android devices a way to stream detailed audio in a lightweight, cable-free design.

Each earbud weighs 4g, and the charging case extends total playback to 45 hours. Bluetooth 6.0, call-focused noise filtering and app features make them practical for everyday listening as well as calls and video.

The semi-in-ear shape is a useful alternative to earbuds designed to sit inside the ear canal. It suits listeners who prefer that style for daily audio, while the case-based charging keeps the set ready to carry between home, work and travel. For higher-resolution wireless listening, LDAC support is specified for Android devices, Bluetooth provides the wireless connection for compatible devices.

Everyday compatibility

Pair the Air6 HS with a Bluetooth-enabled device for music, shows, videos or calls. Bluetooth 6.0 supports everyday wireless use, with a stated range of 10 metres. For calls in a busy office or on a street, the dual-microphone ENC system is designed to reduce wind and surrounding chatter picked up by the microphones, helping keep the focus on your voice. It is a call feature, not a way to silence the environment while listening to music.

The SOUNDPEATS app adds Dynamic EQ for sound adjustments and a Find My Earbuds feature. Buyers highlight sound quality, comfort and battery life, feedback on connectivity and app customisation is mixed. The semi-in-ear design is a point to consider if you want earbuds that rest at the ear rather than a canal-style fit.

How to use it

Pair the earbuds with your Bluetooth device, then use the touch controls for everyday operation. For music or video, enable LDAC on a compatible Android device if you want to use that supported audio format. The charging case offers up to 45 hours of total playback, while a 10-minute quick charge is stated to provide 3 hours. Use the app to access Dynamic EQ or Find My Earbuds, and rely on the IPX5 rating for sweat and splashes during workouts. After use, return the earbuds to their case for charging and storage.

Final verdict

The Air6 HS make sense for listeners who want semi-in-ear wireless earbuds with Hi-Res Audio and LDAC support, a long stated total playtime and app-based controls. Their lightweight 4g-per-earbud design, quick-charge feature and call-focused ENC bring practical benefits to commutes, workdays and gym sessions, while Bluetooth 6.0 keeps everyday pairing straightforward.
