SmarTect TPU Matte Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S24, 2-Pack

Made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), this matte screen protector is designed for the Samsung Galaxy S24. The listed dimensions are 14.3L x 6.7W centimetres, and the screen size is 6.2.

The flexible film is intended to protect against scratches while reducing glare and fingerprints. Two protectors are included, so the pack also provides a spare for a later replacement.

Its main trade-off is the protection type: the product information describes TPU as suited to basic protection under light stress, while tempered glass is presented as the better choice for protection against drops.

Worth noting

The matte finish and oleophobic coating are useful if screen reflections and fingerprints are a regular irritation. The film is also described as bubble-free after installation, with small bubbles or scratches said to fade through its self-healing surface. That may make application more forgiving, though careful positioning and screen cleaning still matter.

This is a flexible film, not a rigid glass protector. If your main concern is impact protection from drops, tempered glass may suit that priority better. For everyday scratch protection and a less reflective finish, the TPU approach is more relevant. The listing states compatibility with the Samsung Galaxy S24, it does not provide a separate impact-resistance rating.

Cleaning & care

The pack includes two wet wipes, a microfibre cloth, two dust-removal stickers and a positioning aid, alongside the two films and an instruction manual. The cleaning items are there to prepare the display before fitting, while the guide and positioning aid help place the film. A clean, dust-free screen is important for avoiding specks beneath a protector, so take time with that step rather than rushing the application.

The product information says small bubbles can disappear as the film settles, and that the surface can recover from minor scratches. These claims refer to small imperfections, they do not mean the protector will prevent every mark or remedy damage to the phone’s display.

Who it’s for

You’ll like it if you want a matte, flexible screen film for a Galaxy S24 and value reduced glare, fingerprint resistance and a second protector in the pack. It is a practical fit for routine phone use where scratch protection is the priority, and where a film is preferable to a rigid layer. The included cleaning and fitting accessories may also be useful if you are applying a protector at home.

Better avoided if your first requirement is dependable protection from drops: the product information positions TPU as basic protection under light stress rather than the stronger impact-focused approach associated with tempered glass. The available details do not specify a drop-test rating, so there is no basis for treating it as a substitute for that kind of protection.

Buying verdict

This SmarTect pack is worth considering for a Galaxy S24 user who wants a matte finish, flexible TPU and two films with installation accessories. Its clearest strengths are glare and fingerprint management, plus the convenience of a spare. Choose it for those everyday priorities, if impact protection matters more than a flexible matte film, a tempered-glass protector is the more suitable type within these limits.
