elago EAP4AM-HANG-ST Armor Case for AirPods 4 & 5, Silicone, Stone

Some AirPods owners want a protective cover for everyday carry, others also want a simple way to attach their case to a bag. Could one cover do both? The elago Armor Case combines a shock-resistant silicone shell with an included carabiner. It is made for AirPods 4 and AirPods 5 and supports wireless charging.

Compatibility

This case is designed for AirPods 4 and AirPods 5. Choose it for one of these models to add a silicone cover around the charging case, it is not a general-purpose pouch for other earbuds. Wireless charging compatibility means you can charge wirelessly with the protective cover in place.

Getting the most from it

Use the carabiner to attach the covered AirPods case to a backpack, handbag or another suitable carry point, so it can travel with your everyday essentials. That makes the design useful on a commute, while travelling or when you want your earbuds close to hand without keeping them loose in a pocket. The silicone shell is intended to absorb shock from accidental drops and help guard against scratches and everyday handling marks.

Buyers often praise the case’s appearance, grip and feel, with some highlighting its close fit. Feedback on how securely the top section stays in place is mixed, however, with some buyers reporting that it can come loose. This is useful to bear in mind when attaching the case to a bag or carrying it by the carabiner: check that the cover is seated properly before setting off.

When it makes sense

The elago Armor Case is suited to AirPods 4 or AirPods 5 owners who want more than a basic cover: it brings together a silicone layer for everyday protection, wireless charging support and a carabiner for convenient attachment. If you regularly carry your earbuds in a bag or take them with you on the move, those practical details make this Stone case a purposeful choice.
