Practical tips

Choose this case for the AirPods 4 or AirPods 5 charging case you own, the design is specifically listed for those two generations. The flexible silicone shell is intended for everyday handling and helps protect the charging case from common knocks and surface marks. The carabiner is useful when you want to attach the case to a suitable carry point rather than leave it loose in a pocket or bag.

Buyers often highlight the playful appearance, fit and protective feel. Feedback on the lid fit is mixed, with some buyers saying it can come away, so seat the cover properly during fitting and check that it remains in place as you use it. This is a practical detail for keeping the case tidy while still enjoying the retro design.

Box contents

The product is a light grey silicone case for the AirPods charging case, and a carabiner is included. The carabiner provides an extra carry option for everyday trips, while the console-inspired case gives the charging case a recognisable style of its own.

When it makes sense

This design suits AirPods 4 or AirPods 5 owners who want a protective cover that stands apart from a plain silicone case. The contrast is mainly in the look: a retro gaming-console pattern rather than a simple block of colour, with a carabiner included for carrying convenience. It makes sense for daily use when you want to help shield the charging case from scratches and knocks and make it easier to keep track of among your belongings. If a straightforward protective cover is the priority, the silicone shell serves that everyday purpose, if you also value a playful throwback design, the AW5 combines both in one case.
