VavoPaw P737879179727 Foldable Dog Ramp, 7 Heights, Non-Slip Surface

Seven adjustable height settings help this VavoPaw dog ramp meet the edge of different sofas, couches and steps, giving your dog a gentler route up and down than jumping. Its non-slip walking surface adds grip as your pet climbs.

Made from wood, the ramp folds for storage and transport. It arrives assembled, so you can unfold it and set it up without tools.

With a weight capacity of up to 33 lbs, it’s designed for small dogs and can also help puppies, senior dogs, or pets with limited mobility reach furniture more comfortably.

Pros

The ramp adjusts to seven heights, from 2.4" to 18.5", so you can choose a setting that suits the furniture or step you’re using it with. That flexibility is useful if you want one ramp for more than one spot at home, rather than a fixed-height set of pet steps.

A polyester carpet surface provides traction, while four raised, bone-shaped barriers add grip along the climbing path. Four silicone pads underneath help keep the base from shifting and protect the floor from scratches. Together, these details support a steadier approach to getting on and off furniture.

The wooden surface is finely sanded, with rounded edges. When open, the ramp measures 33 × 12 × 2 in, folded, it measures 16.5 × 13 × 4.1 in. Leather side handles make it easier to carry between rooms or take along in a vehicle, and the folded shape can be stored under a sofa.

Key points

The seven height settings are 2.4", 7.5", 10.6", 12.6", 14.6", 16.5" and 18.5". Use the setting that brings the ramp to the furniture edge, then place it on a stable, level floor so your dog has a clear route up and down. Its maximum recommended weight is 33 lbs (15 kg).

For example, you can set the ramp beside a couch to give a small dog a way to reach its usual resting spot without relying on repeated jumps. A fixed-height step unit may suit a single, consistent furniture height, this adjustable ramp offers more flexibility when the access point varies.

Getting the most from it

Introduce the ramp at floor level first and let your dog cross it at its own pace. Treats can help encourage exploration. Once your pet is comfortable walking across, set the ramp to its lowest height and practise again before gradually increasing the height. Patience helps make the new route more familiar, avoid forcing your dog onto it.

When you’re done, fold the ramp for storage or carrying. Its assembled design makes setup straightforward: unfold it, position it securely, and choose the height that suits the access point.

Is it worth it?

This ramp brings adjustable access, a grippy surface and a foldable wooden design together in one piece for dogs within its 33 lb capacity. It’s a practical choice for households looking to reduce the need for furniture jumps, especially when the ramp needs to move between rooms or be stored away between uses. The seven height settings make it adaptable to different couches and steps, while the compact folded form keeps it convenient to put away.
