COZY KISS 1142 3-Step Dog Stairs, 17.7-Inch Wide, Dark Green

Small and medium dogs, puppies, older pets and cats can use a gentler route onto the sofa with these three-step stairs. The curved, cushioned design helps pets reach furniture without relying on a single leap.

At 17.7 inches wide and 15.7 inches high, the COZY KISS stairs are designed to sit against a couch or sofa. Their dark green cover brings a practical, easy-to-place look to a pet’s regular resting area.

The foam construction is light to carry between rooms, while a non-slip nylon base helps keep the stairs in place during use. A rear handle makes repositioning straightforward.

Key features

The three-step layout is intended for sofas and couches, giving pets a gradual way to climb up and down. The curved climbing surface is made with high-density foam that provides cushioned support, this can be helpful for puppies, senior pets, short-legged dogs and animals with knee injuries. It offers a different approach from a longer ramp, with a compact stair shape that can be moved from room to room.

The stairs measure 17.7 inches wide, with an overall height of 15.7 inches. Polyester corduroy covers the foam, and the non-slip nylon base helps limit movement on the floor. A waterproof TPU layer in the removable cover helps protect the climbing surface from spills and accidents. The light foam construction and built-in carry handle also make it easier to relocate the stairs around the home or outdoors.

Buyers have highlighted the sizing and stable support for their pets. Those points align with the broad climbing surface and grippy base, which are useful details when choosing stairs for everyday access to a favourite sofa.

Usage tips

Place the stairs against the edge of the sofa or couch so your pet has a clear path up and down. The three-step version is intended for sofa- or couch-height furniture. After unpacking, allow 24–48 hours for the compressed foam to return to its original shape before use.

For cleaning, remove the outer cover and wash it by machine or by hand. The foam itself should not be washed. When putting the cover back on after cleaning, press the foam firmly to help the cover fit into place.

Who it’s for

These stairs suit households looking to make sofa access easier for a small or medium dog, cat, puppy or older pet. The gradual, cushioned climb may also be useful for short-legged pets or animals with knee injuries, helping reduce the need to jump onto the furniture. It makes sense if you want a portable alternative to a longer ramp and have a sofa or couch where a three-step design can be positioned securely.

Before you decide

Does the three-step version suit a bed? It is intended for a sofa or couch. The product guidance associates three layers with sofas and couches, while bed-height furniture is matched with a different number of layers.

Does it need assembly? No assembly is required. Allow the foam 24–48 hours after unpacking to regain its shape.

Can the cover go in the washing machine? Yes. The removable cover supports machine or hand washing, keep the foam out of the wash.

Is it worth it?

For pets that need an easier way onto the couch, these stairs combine a curved foam climb, a 17.7-inch-wide surface and a non-slip base in a design that can be moved as needed. The washable, waterproof-layered cover adds practical protection for daily use, making this a purposeful choice for creating a more accessible sofa spot for a small or medium pet.
