Niubya 5 Steps Foldable Dog Stairs, 17-Inch Wide, Adjustable, Non-Slip

The adjustable five-step design gives dogs a more manageable way to climb into a vehicle or onto a raised surface. A paw-print non-slip surface helps support footing on each step. When the stairs are not in use, they fold down for compact storage and transport. The aluminium frame is designed for dogs weighing up to 200 lb.

The adjustable height and length help you set the stairs to suit the vehicle or raised surface in use. Safety carabiners attach the stairs to the vehicle, while the foam-grip handle adds friction when positioning them and helps protect the trunk from scratches. No assembly is required, so they can be set up for a trip and folded away afterwards.

Requirements

Place the stairs against the vehicle or raised surface, adjust them to the required height and length, then secure them to the vehicle with the carabiners before your dog climbs. The design is intended for large dogs and is also described for short-legged, senior and mobility-challenged dogs. Its maximum weight recommendation is 200 lb, making that figure a practical guide when selecting stairs for your pet.

Everyday use

For a car or SUV outing, the stairs provide an alternative to lifting a dog or asking them to jump into the vehicle. The five steps create a series of footholds, while the paw-print surface is designed to help reduce slipping as a dog goes up or down. The adjustable range is useful when switching between different vehicle heights or using the stairs beside a bed or sofa.

The foldable format is convenient for keeping the stairs in a vehicle between outings. Folded dimensions of 16.9 × 4.5 × 12.9 in make storage more manageable, and the 4.54 kg item weight supports portability. Buyers often appreciate the folding design, compact storage and functionality. Feedback is mixed on stability and durability, so securing the stairs with the carabiners before use is an important part of setup.

Compared with a fixed set of pet steps, this design prioritizes portability and adjustable positioning. That makes it a practical fit for households that want one set of stairs for vehicle access and occasional use beside a bed or sofa, rather than a permanent staircase in one spot.

Should you buy it?

Choose the Niubya 5 Steps when you need portable dog stairs for vehicle access and want to adjust their position for different raised surfaces. The non-slip steps, vehicle carabiners and foldable aluminium frame bring together useful details for everyday loading and storage. For large dogs, older pets or dogs that benefit from a step-by-step route instead of a jump, it offers a straightforward way to make getting in and out part of the routine.
