Sytopia SYT-PET-PS-01 Four-Step Pet Stairs with Non-Slip Surface

The 61 x 38 x 46 cm Sytopia SYT-PET-PS-01 is a four-step set of pet stairs for helping cats and dogs reach beds and couches. Its foam steps have a non-slip fabric surface, while the grippy base is designed to stay in place on hardwood, tile, carpet and other floor surfaces.

A removable, machine-washable cover makes routine cleaning more manageable. For pets that repeatedly jump onto furniture, the gradual steps offer another way to reach a resting spot.

Usage tips

Place the stairs beside the furniture your pet uses most, on a floor where the base can grip. The four-step version is described for standard beds and medium-height furniture, and its wider steps are intended to give pets a more secure footing as they climb. Let your pet get used to the stairs at their own pace, supervise during initial use, as recommended by the manufacturer.

The foam construction and slightly low rise of each step are designed to reduce the effort of repeated jumping, which can be useful for small or senior pets. The stairs are also suitable for cats. Keep them as a climbing aid rather than a chew toy.

Why it’s worth it

These stairs provide a practical alternative to lifting a pet onto furniture or allowing repeated jumps. The foam steps create a gradual route, while the fabric surface and gripping base support footing on a range of common household floors. That combination is especially relevant for pets that use the same bed or couch throughout the day.

The cover can be removed for machine washing, helping you manage fur, dirt and everyday mess without treating the stairs as a fixed piece of furniture. Buyers often appreciate how the stairs help dogs climb and describe the feel as soft, particularly for smaller pets. Feedback on sturdiness and safety is mixed, and some buyers feel the stairs are narrower than expected, so consider the stated dimensions alongside your pet’s size and the available floor space.

Compared with a simple ramp or a taller set of steps, this four-step format is intended for standard beds and medium-height furniture. It suits you if you want a compact foam climbing aid with a washable cover for a cat or a small to medium-sized dog.
