Logitech MX Keys Mini Wireless Keyboard, Pale Gray, Backlit with USB-C Charging

For creators and everyday computer users who want a compact keyboard for a focused desk setup, the Logitech MX Keys Mini keeps useful shortcuts and backlit keys close at hand. Its slim footprint suits a streamlined workspace, while Bluetooth pairing supports work across multiple devices. Choose it for a tidy, portable setup, a full-size keyboard may better suit a preference for a more spacious layout.

Best use cases

Use the MX Keys Mini for writing, messaging and everyday computer work at a desk or while moving between workspaces. Its compact form leaves more room for a mouse and other desk essentials, and the Pale Gray finish brings a clean, understated look to the setup. The low-profile keys are shaped for fingertips, with a membrane design intended for precise typing.

It also suits workflows that move between a laptop, tablet or other compatible device. Pair it with up to three devices over Bluetooth Low Energy and switch between them as needed. For example, you can draft on a laptop, then use the same keyboard with another paired device rather than keeping a separate keyboard at each workspace.

Where it shines

The backlit keys illuminate as your hands approach and adjust to changing lighting, making the keyboard useful when the room gets dim. Smart keys add quick access to dictation, emoji and microphone mute or unmute functions, handy for writing and video calls. The keyboard is rechargeable through USB-C, with a stated battery life of up to 10 days on a full charge or up to five months with backlighting turned off.

Buyers often praise the compact size, key feel and backlighting, and some appreciate using the keyboard across multiple machines. Connectivity feedback is mixed, so the most useful deciding factor is whether Bluetooth multi-device pairing fits the way you work. If you use multiple computers and want one compact keyboard, its three-device pairing and dedicated shortcuts offer a practical alternative to keeping separate keyboards at each station.
