LCL GMCABRLC3013/2K2C2M2Y Compatible Ink Cartridges, 8-Pack for Brother MFC

When your Brother printer needs fresh ink for everyday documents and colour prints, this LCL eight-cartridge set brings black, cyan, magenta and yellow replacements together. It includes two cartridges of each colour, so you have spares ready for future changes. Need to match a replacement set to a specific printer? This one is listed for select Brother MFC-J models.

What matters most

The set contains eight compatible cartridges: two black, two cyan, two magenta and two yellow. Each black cartridge holds 11 mL, while each colour cartridge holds 7 mL. The stated page yield is 400 pages at 5% coverage for KCMY, actual results can vary with the amount of ink used on each page. This pack suits a planned replenishment better than buying only one colour at a time, particularly when you want a full set of all four inks on hand.

The dye-based ink is designed to produce layered, bright colour and a glossy finish as it is absorbed by the paper. That makes the set relevant for routine printing where colour presentation matters alongside black text. The cartridges are individually boxed, making it easier to keep spares organized until they are needed. The product is a compatible replacement for Brother cartridges, rather than a set of Brother-branded cartridges.

Everyday use

These cartridges are listed as compatible with the Brother MFC-J491DW, MFC-J497DW, MFC-J690DW and MFC-J895DW. Check your printer’s model designation against this list before choosing the set, compatibility is tied to these specific printer models. Once installed, the four ink colours support everyday printing that calls for black text as well as colour elements, such as charts, headings or images.

Buyer feedback often highlights print quality and straightforward installation. Compatibility impressions are mixed, and some buyers raise concerns about the usable ink quantity. Matching the printer model carefully is a practical first step when selecting compatible consumables.

Practical tips

Keep the cartridges in their individual boxes until you are ready to use them, then identify each colour before installation. Replace the cartridge indicated by your printer, following its on-screen or manual instructions. Having two of each colour in the pack means a replacement of the same colour is available without needing to order a single cartridge straight away. For the stated yield, remember that page coverage affects how many pages a cartridge can print, a page with substantial colour or heavy ink coverage uses ink differently from a lightly printed page.

Should you buy it?

Choose this LCL set if you have one of the listed Brother MFC-J printers and want a compatible replacement pack covering black and all three colour inks. The eight-cartridge format gives you two of each colour, while the dye-based formulation is intended for bright, glossy colour on paper. It’s a practical fit for keeping a complete set of replacement inks ready for regular home or office printing.
