Q-image LC404 Ink Cartridge Set, 4 Colours for Brother MFC-J Printers
Product description
Replacing printer ink can mean topping up a single colour or keeping a full set ready for different jobs. This Q-image LC404 compatible cartridge set includes black, cyan, magenta and yellow, so you can replenish the four listed colours together for everyday printing on compatible Brother MFC-J printers.
Each cartridge is designed as a replacement for Brother LC404 ink cartridges. The set supports colour printing on plain paper and is intended for the Brother MFC-J1215W, MFC-J1205W and MFC-J1205W XL. Keep it on hand for routine documents and colour print jobs, with the listed printer models providing a practical guide to compatibility.
Who it’s for
This set is for owners of the listed Brother MFC-J printers who need replacement ink in more than one colour. It provides black for text and the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges for colour printing, bringing all four colours together in one purchase. That makes it a useful fit for a home or work setup where the printer handles a mix of plain-paper documents and colour pages.
If you’re replacing only one cartridge, buying a single colour may suit that immediate task. This four-cartridge set is the fuller option when you want all four listed colours available for your compatible printer. Match your printer’s model number against the compatible models below before choosing.

Why it’s worth it
The four-colour format gives you a replacement for each listed ink colour in one set, rather than assembling a colour supply one cartridge at a time. With black, cyan, magenta and yellow together, it’s suited to switching between text-focused pages and colour printing as needed. The cartridges are identified as compatible replacements for the LC404 series and the specified Brother MFC-J models, making the printer match clear when you’re shopping for replacement ink.
For a typical home printing routine, you can keep the set ready for plain-paper documents and colour pages on a compatible inkjet printer. Install the cartridges according to your printer’s instructions. If the printer displays a cartridge recognition or ink-level message during installation, the product instructions recommend reinstalling the cartridge until it is recognized.
