GOROCK GUS001 Giant Tumble Tower, 57-Piece Pine Wood Game

Made from pine wood, the GOROCK Giant Tumble Tower is a 57-piece stacking game that starts at 2 ft tall and can grow to over 4.2 ft as players add blocks. A scoreboard, marker, dice and carrying bag give the set everything needed for scorekeeping, varied turns and transport between play areas.

Designed for indoor and outdoor play, it brings a hands-on challenge to family get-togethers, picnics and backyard parties. Players take turns removing and stacking blocks, putting balance and careful movement at the centre of the game.

Fit and sizing

Each wooden block measures 6 × 2 × 1.3 inches. The tower begins at 2 ft (19 rows) and can reach over 4.2 ft during play, creating a larger-scale alternative to a compact tabletop stacking game. That taller build makes each turn visible to the group and gives the game a natural place at a picnic table, lawn gathering or indoor family game night.

Buyers’ comments reflect different impressions of the game’s size, while the included zippered carrying bag makes it easier to store and bring along. The game is listed for 2–8 players, so it can suit a small group or a larger gathering.

Pros

The classic remove-and-stack format is simple to follow, while the dice and scoreboard let players add a score-based element or set their own rules. That flexibility helps keep turns varied across repeat games. The set is made from New Zealand pine wood, and its blocks are described as polished with rounded edges for smoother handling.

A carrying bag with two handles keeps the timber pieces together for storage and transport. This is useful when taking the game from an indoor game area to the backyard, park or picnic. Buyers also highlight the carrying case and the engaging gameplay, making portability and group play notable parts of the experience.

Practical questions

How does a turn work? Roll the dice, then remove a block corresponding to the number rolled. Use one hand, avoid the level directly below an incomplete top level, and place the removed block on top of the tower. The next turn begins after 10 seconds or when the next player touches the tower, whichever comes first.

What comes with the game? The set includes 57 wooden blocks, one scoreboard, a marker, one die and a zippered carrying bag with two handles.

Can it be played indoors and outdoors? Yes. It is designed for both settings, so the same stacking game can be used for a family game night or taken along to a backyard gathering, picnic or park outing.

When it makes sense

Choose this set when you want a group game with a physical, growing tower rather than a compact tabletop stack. Its 57 pine wood blocks create a prominent shared challenge, while the dice and scoreboard support different ways to play and the bag helps keep the pieces together between occasions. It’s suited to families and groups looking for an easy-to-start activity that brings turn-taking, balance and strategy into indoor or outdoor get-togethers.
