CableGeeker 4456239 Cat6 Ethernet Cable, 100FT Flat, 10 Gbps, Black

A direct Ethernet connection suits devices that need a wired network link, while a discreet cable route matters when the run crosses a room or follows a doorway. The CableGeeker Cat6 cable brings both needs together in a flat, black 100FT design with RJ45 connectors and a stated data rate of up to 10 Gbps.

Use it to connect a router with a computer, console, server or other compatible LAN device, then route the cable neatly through an indoor space.

Best use cases

For a home office, gaming setup or meeting space, this cable connects Ethernet-equipped devices to a router or other LAN connection. Cat6 supports Gigabit Ethernet devices, including PCs, servers, printers and routers, and the RJ45 male-to-male ends make it suitable for a direct link between compatible network ports. It can also connect devices such as laptops, gaming consoles, security cameras and VoIP phones.

The flat profile is useful when the path matters as much as the connection. Run it along a wall, around a door, beneath carpet or behind furniture to keep a long indoor cable run more organized. A round cable may suit a setup where its shape is not a concern, this flat format is designed for routes where a lower-profile cable is easier to place.

What you’ll notice day to day

The 100FT length gives you room to position connected equipment away from the router, while the flexible flat cable is easier to guide around corners and through narrow spaces. Its black colour offers a simple match for many office and entertainment setups. The cable uses UTP construction, 100% bare copper wire, gold-plated RJ45 contacts and molded strain-relief boots with a snag-less design.

Cable clips and straps help keep the run tidy after placement. The listed accessories include 35 cable clips and 4 straps, useful for organizing a route along a wall or around a workstation rather than leaving excess cable loose. This can make a longer connection easier to manage in a shared office or gaming area.

Worth noting

The cable is intended for indoor use and has 8-pin RJ45 connectors at both ends. Its Cat6 rating and stated support for up to 10 Gbps make it a practical wired option for compatible network equipment, including applications such as streaming, gaming and server connections. Actual link speed depends on the connected equipment and network setup.

Buyers commonly praise the flat shape, ease of routing and perceived speed, and some appreciate the included mounting accessories. Feedback on connection consistency is mixed, so the most useful consideration is whether a wired Cat6 run and its installation path suit your setup.

Should you buy it?

It’s a good fit if you want a long Cat6 cable for an indoor router-to-device connection and value a flat profile that can follow edges, doorways or furniture more neatly. The 100FT run, RJ45 ends and cable-organizing accessories make it especially useful when the network device cannot sit right beside the router. Choose it for a practical wired link with a tidier route through an office, gaming space or home network.
