YIKTI Wine Glasses Stove Cover, 28 x 20-Inch Washable Natural Rubber Mat
Product description
Everyday use
At 28 x 20 inches, this flexible natural rubber mat is sized to cover an electric stovetop or serve as a surface protector elsewhere in the kitchen. Its wine-glass and grape print adds a decorative touch while the cover helps shield glass or ceramic stovetops from dust, grease, dirt, and scratches when they are not in use.
It can also serve as a drying mat for dishes, bowls, glasses, fruits, or vegetables, or as a mat for a coffee bar, pet-feeding area, tools, plants, or a washer-dryer top. For example, after washing glasses, you can place them on the mat to catch drips rather than leave them directly on the counter.
The larger format suits someone who wants one mat for a broad surface or several uses. A smaller drying mat may be easier to place in a tight spot, this one offers more coverage, with the tradeoff that it needs room to spread out or store.
Why it’s worth it
The appeal is its mix of everyday utility and a farmhouse-style print, rather than a purely plain protective mat. The product is described as washable and portable, and its flexible material can be folded for storage. Spills and water droplets can be wiped away, or the mat can be rinsed for a deeper clean. Two included hooks offer another storage option.
It’s a great fit if you want a cover that can move between the stovetop and other kitchen surfaces instead of being dedicated to just one task. Its stated heat resistance—up to 400°F—also gives it a role as a protective mat for countertops beneath hot cookware. It should not be placed on active cookware, though, and it is not a cover to leave over a cooktop in use.
The essentials
- Size: 28 x 20 inches
- Material: Natural rubber
- Design: Wine glasses and grape print
- Features: Portable, washable, flexible
- Heat resistance: Up to 400°F
- What’s included: Two hooks
The listed uses include electric stovetops, counters, tables, washer-dryer tops, drying dishes, coffee bars, pet-feeding areas, tools, and plant pots. That versatility may be useful in a kitchen where the same surface needs occasional protection for different tasks. The listing does not provide a weight limit or details about how the mat attaches to a stovetop, so those points should not be assumed from the anti-slip wording in the product name.
Before you decide
What size is the cover? It measures 28 x 20 inches. Compare those dimensions with the surface you intend to cover, especially if you plan to use it on a stovetop or counter.
Can it be used with cookware? It is described as heat resistant up to 400°F and suitable as a countertop mat under hot cookware. Do not put it on active cookware. The listing also cautions against covering induction cooktops that exceed 450°F.
How do you clean and store it? Wipe off spills or water droplets, or rinse it under water for a deeper clean. Its flexible, foldable construction allows it to be stored rolled or hung using the two included hooks.
Final verdict
This YIKTI cover makes sense if you want a decorative, washable mat with enough area for a stovetop or several alternate household uses. The wine-themed print is part of the appeal, while the stated heat limit and warning about active cookware define how it should be used. Better avoided if you need a cover for a cooktop while it is operating or a mat rated beyond the documented temperature limit.
