Vivifying XL Stainless Steel Cat Litter Box with Lid, Side Entry, Black

The 22.8-inch-long Vivifying XL litter box pairs a stainless steel tray with a covered, high-sided design. Its black finish gives this practical setup a clean, modern look for indoor spaces.

Choose fully enclosed, semi-enclosed, or door-open mode to suit your cat’s routine. The removable entry flap makes it easier to introduce an open setup before moving to a more covered one.

The roomy interior is designed for cats up to 16 pounds, including kittens and adult cats. High sides help keep scattered litter inside the box, while the smooth steel surface is straightforward to wipe clean.

The nonporous stainless steel resists absorbing stains and odors, an advantage for households choosing between a metal pan and a conventional plastic litter box. The high-sided tray provides a defined area for digging and helps contain litter during everyday use. Its enclosed configuration adds a cover, while the removable flap lets you adjust the entrance as your cat gets comfortable.

Getting the most from it

Start with the door-open mode if your cat is new to covered litter boxes, then choose a more enclosed configuration as it adapts. This flexibility is useful for kittens, senior cats, or cats adjusting to a different litter area. Place the box in a suitable indoor spot, such as a laundry room, bathroom, or other available space, and allow room for its 22.8-inch length and 15-inch width.

For routine cleanup, remove the cover as needed to access the tray and scoop waste. The seamless stainless steel surface can be wiped clean, and the included scoop keeps a basic cleaning tool close at hand. Buyers often praise the spacious interior, easy-to-clean steel, litter containment, and straightforward assembly. Feedback on the lid is mixed: some find it easy to remove, while others report difficulty with it sticking or opening.

What you get

The set includes one stainless steel litter box, one scoop, four slip-resistant pads, and one user manual. Assembly is designed to be tool-free, making it practical to set up as a dedicated litter area without gathering extra tools.

Is it worth it?

This Vivifying XL is a useful fit for cat owners who want more room than a compact pan, higher sides to help contain scattered litter, and a choice of covered or open entry. The stainless steel tray is the key distinction for shoppers who prefer a wipe-clean, odor-resistant surface over plastic. Its three configurations also make it easier to tailor the entrance to a cat’s comfort, while the included scoop and pads support a ready-to-use setup.
