Garvee aZ1-S3cpwEvafMejE-P-uV4RRbrg1 Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box, Large, App-Controlled

For households with multiple cats, this open-top automatic litter box combines self-cleaning operation with app-based monitoring. Its sensor system pauses the cleaning cycle when a cat approaches, while the app tracks individual cats’ usage frequency, visit duration, and weight for a clearer view of their litter-box habits.

The large-capacity design includes an isolated waste drawer and odor-control features, bringing everyday litter care into one automated setup.

The essentials

Garvee’s self-cleaning litter box measures 21.38 x 19.17 x 21.73 inches and weighs 24.25 pounds. Its open-top ABS construction provides an accessible entry, with an adjustable entry height noted among its features. The sensor system combines Hall, infrared, and weight sensors with an entrance safety beam, cleaning stops when a cat approaches. It is designed for cats weighing 2.5 to 22 pounds.

Connect through 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to monitor visits and weight in the smartphone app. The system can distinguish individual cats in a multi-cat home, making its tracking features useful for following each pet’s routine. A sealed waste drawer, odor-seal strips, and an isolated waste bin support odor control. The product also includes a three-in-one anti-leak pad with a double-sided waterproof coating that can be brush-washed.

Usage tips

Use clumping cat litter, which the box is designed to sift. Set it up where your cat can comfortably reach the open entry, then use the app to review activity and adjust available settings. For a quieter overnight routine, the app’s Night Sleep Mode can pause automatic cleaning between 10 PM and 6 AM, with cleaning resuming in the morning.

The waste drawer is described as providing up to 15 days of hands-free operation for one cat. That gives single-cat households a useful reference for planning waste-drawer care, while the app’s individual tracking can help multi-cat households keep an eye on changing routines.

Everyday use

In an apartment, bedroom, or home office, the unit’s stated footprint of 2.8 square feet helps make room planning straightforward. Quiet operation under 35 decibels and the scheduled night pause are practical features for a litter area near shared living or sleeping spaces. The open-top format also offers a different approach from enclosed, motorized drum-style boxes, with the sensor system designed to stop the cycle when a cat comes close.

For a busy day, app monitoring lets you check visit frequency, duration, and weight logs without relying only on the litter area for updates. In a home with more than one cat, the system’s ability to distinguish individual pets makes those records more useful for following each cat’s habits.
