TSAYAWA Black Extra-Wide Walk-Through Baby Gate, 71.65–85.82-Inch Pressure Mount
Product description
A small doorway and a wide, open living area call for different kinds of boundaries. The TSAYAWA Black walk-through baby gate adjusts to openings from 71.65 to 85.82 inches, making it suited to wide doorways, hallways, kitchen entrances, and spaces between rooms. Its alloy steel frame provides a visible barrier while keeping adjoining areas in view.
The walk-through door opens in either direction, and its double-lock handle is designed for one-handed operation. That makes it easier to pass through while carrying groceries or laundry, then close off the area again.

Requirements
Measure the opening and select this gate for a width within its stated range. The pressure-mounted setup offers a no-drill option for suitable openings, hardware mounting is also available when a fixed installation is preferred. At the top of stairs, hardware mounting with screws and wall cups is required.
Keep the zip tie connecting the locking handle to the frame in place until installation is complete. For a secure fit, position the gate perpendicular to the wall and adjust the bolts so the gap between the door locks is no more than 0.15 inches. If using it with a small dog or another small pet, make sure the animal’s head and body cannot pass through the 2.17-inch bar spacing.
Getting the most from it
Use the gate to separate a play area, restrict access to a kitchen, or create a boundary across a wide hallway or open-plan living space. Because the door swings both ways, household members can push or pull it open from either side. The latch uses a two-step release: press the button on top of the handle, then push the handle back. The door closes automatically when opened to less than 90 degrees, at 90 degrees or wider, it remains open, which is handy when carrying items between rooms.
Buyer feedback is varied. Some appreciate the gate’s appearance and height, while comments differ on installation, latch operation, fit, and perceived security. Taking time to measure the opening and follow the setup steps helps align the gate with its intended use. For an indoor pet boundary, the open bar design also keeps adjoining rooms visible rather than creating a solid partition.
Buying verdict
Worth considering if you need a walk-through barrier for a wider indoor opening and want the choice of pressure or hardware mounting. Compared with choosing a fixed barrier as the default, this gate offers a pressure-mounted setup for suitable locations, while retaining the option of hardware installation where required. Its adjustable width, two-way door, and one-handed double-lock handle make it a practical fit for managing access between busy household spaces.
