TOSY Cube 3x3 Magnetic Puzzle, 30 Blocks, 7-in-1 with UV Flashlight
Product description
Some puzzle toys are designed around one format, the TOSY Cube 3x3 shifts between puzzles, building, and fidget play. Its 30 magnetic blocks can be rearranged into multiple kinds of activities, giving one tabletop set several ways to engage.
The blocks can form 3x3 and 2x2 puzzle cubes, a fidget spinner, an infinity cube, and 2D puzzle games, as well as original designs. That variety makes it easy to move from solving a shape to creating one.
For glow-in-the-dark play, use the included UV flashlight to activate the surfaces and bring puzzle configurations into view. The toy is recommended for ages 6 and up.
Usage tips
Start with a cube or a simple pattern, then separate and reconnect the blocks to explore different structures. The magnetic pieces support hands-on building, while the puzzle formats give play a clear goal when a child wants a challenge rather than open-ended construction. It can also be used as a fidget spinner or infinity cube for a different kind of tabletop activity.
For glowing designs, shine the included UV flashlight on the glow-in-the-dark surfaces. Switching between building, puzzle-solving, and fidget play helps make the set useful for different moods without changing to another toy. Its educational objectives include logical thinking, problem-solving, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
Where it shines
The main distinction is its range of play in a single set. A conventional twisty puzzle centers on solving one format, this magnetic cube adds building and fidget options, so it can suit both focused puzzle time and casual hands-on play. With more than 1 million possible shapes, children can experiment with geometric forms, objects, and patterns as well as follow familiar cube configurations.
The spinner can be formed into multiple shapes and uses a stainless-steel center bearing for rotation. Embedded magnets hold the plastic components together as they are rearranged. For a practical play session, a child can build a shape at a table, try a cube puzzle, then switch to the spinner or infinity cube. The UV flashlight adds a visual activity when exploring glow-in-the-dark configurations.
Buyers commonly describe the cube as fun for both children and adults. Feedback is mixed on piece size, magnetic strength, quality, and durability, some purchasers say the pieces feel small, while others report that the blocks hold together well. Some also question the value for the price. These differing impressions make the hands-on format and variety of play the most useful points to weigh when choosing it.
