TIXANF T-PC-28 24-Foot Round Winter Pool Cover, Blue, with Winch and Cable
Product description
The polyethylene cover’s tightly woven construction is intended to help keep leaves, insects, and other debris out of an above-ground pool during the off-season. Its blue, round format is listed as 24 feet, and the included cable and winch are designed to secure it around the pool.
The stated four-foot overlap gives extra coverage around the edge, but fit depends on the pool and cover dimensions. Buyers’ comments are mixed on whether the size is sufficient, so compare the listed size with your setup before choosing it.
Product specs
This is a winter cover for a round above-ground pool. The product information describes a 16 x 16 mesh count, a density of 220 g/m², reinforced grommets, and a drawstring closure. It also identifies the material as polyethylene (PE) and describes a low-density LDPE coating for sun protection. The listed temperature range is -10° F to 180° F. These are product specifications, not a guarantee of how the cover will perform in every weather or pool setup.

The 24-foot size and four-foot overlap are the key details for fit. The listing does not give a separate pool-diameter measurement or explain how the overlap is measured, so avoid assuming the cover will fit a pool based on its nominal diameter alone. Customer feedback also includes both reports of ample coverage and comments that the cover felt too small.
How to use it
Position the cover over the pool, align its reinforced grommets, then use the included steel-core cable and winch to secure it, following the product’s stated installation approach. This is intended for seasonal protection when a pool is not in use, rather than as a replacement for a fitted day-to-day pool cover. Its stated function is to help limit debris and sunlight exposure while the pool is closed for winter.
For care, the instructions specify gentle spot cleaning with mild soap and water. They advise against harsh chemicals, bleach, and machine washing. It suits you if you need a round winter cover and the listed size works with your pool. It might not be a great match if your pool requires a different cover size or shape.
Included in the package
The product details identify one cover, an included steel-core cable, and a winch for tightening the cable. The listing does not specify additional accessories, so don’t assume other installation hardware is included.
Buyers describe the cover as thick and durable, and some say it fit their setup well. Others report that the size did not meet their needs. Those impressions are useful context, but they do not resolve the fit question for a particular pool, the stated dimensions should guide that decision.
What to clarify
Is this intended for a round pool? Yes. The listed shape is round, and the size is given as 24' round. Check that this matches your pool and the coverage you need.
How is it secured? The product information describes reinforced grommets, a drawstring closure, and an included cable and winch for securing the cover.
How should it be cleaned? Spot-clean gently with mild soap and water. The care instructions say not to machine wash it or use bleach or harsh chemicals.
Final verdict
This TIXANF cover is worth considering for seasonal protection if you have a round above-ground pool and its 24-foot size and stated overlap suit your setup. The cable and winch are useful inclusions for securing it, while the mixed feedback on size makes fit the main point to settle before buying. For a pool that needs another shape or cover size, this specific version is not the right match.
