Timink 920XL ink cartridges

Low ink can interrupt a workday just when you need to print a stack of documents or a color page. This Timink 920XL combo pack replaces black, cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridges in compatible HP Officejet printers, so you can refresh all four colors together instead of buying them separately. It’s a non-OEM set made from recycled OEM cartridges that are cleaned, restored, and refilled. The listed yields offer a useful planning point, but actual results depend on what you print.

Key specifications

The pack contains one black cartridge and one each of cyan, magenta, and yellow. It’s listed for the HP Officejet 6000, 6500, 6500A, 7000, 7500, and 7500A E709 printer models. Match your printer to that compatibility list before ordering, the 920XL name alone shouldn’t be treated as confirmation for an unlisted model.

The stated yield is up to 1,200 pages for black and 700 pages for each color cartridge, based on 5% page coverage. That figure gives a reference rather than a promise for every print job: pages with more text, graphics, or solid color can use ink differently. Each cartridge has an intelligent chip intended to support installation and printer recognition. The set also comes with a two-year warranty, though the supplied information doesn’t detail its terms.

Who it’s for

This pack is aimed at owners of the listed Officejet models who want all four ink colors in one purchase, particularly for routine document printing with occasional color pages. For example, keeping the set on hand could help when a black cartridge runs low but you still need color for a chart or presentation. It suits you if you value a replacement set assembled around the 920XL format and are comfortable choosing non-OEM ink.

The main trade-off is that these cartridges are refurbished and refilled, not new HP OEM cartridges. If you prefer to buy original cartridges or need compatibility beyond the models named here, a different purchasing route may fit better. You may want to skip it if your printer isn’t on the compatibility list or if you specifically require OEM supplies.

What’s included

You get four cartridges: one black, one cyan, one magenta, and one yellow. There are no other included items listed. The four-color bundle is practical if you expect to replace several colors or want a complete set ready to install, if you only need one color, a single-cartridge option would avoid buying colors you don’t currently need.

Questions before you buy

Are these HP OEM cartridges? No. The product information describes them as recycled from OEM 920XL cartridges, then cleaned, restored, and refilled.

Are the page-yield figures guaranteed for every print job? No. They’re stated at 5% coverage, so pages with heavier ink coverage may produce different results.

What happens if a cartridge is defective? The listing states a two-year warranty and free exchange for defective cartridges. The specific warranty and exchange terms aren’t provided here.

Buying verdict

This Timink set makes sense if you own one of the listed Officejet printers, want all four 920XL colors together, and accept refurbished non-OEM cartridges in exchange for a replacement option built around stated page yields. It’s a less suitable fit if you need an OEM set, have a printer outside the compatibility list, or are buying only to replace a single color. Check your exact printer model and weigh the 5% coverage yield figures against your typical mix of text and color pages before choosing.
