RAYMCRAFT iPad Keyboard Case, 11-Inch

The magnetic floating stand is the standout feature: it holds a compatible iPad above the keyboard, making it easier to switch between typing and browsing without balancing the tablet separately. A multi-touch trackpad and an 11-color backlight add laptop-like controls for work in dim rooms.

The case pairs that setup with a stain-resistant PU leather surface, a magnetic closure, and a storage slot for Apple Pencil. If you prioritize a built-in typing setup, this is more useful than a basic protective cover, if you prefer a slim case you can slip on and off quickly, the keyboard and stand add more to carry.

Getting the most from it

Use the floating stand when you want the screen upright for a document, a video call, or reading while you type. For example, at a café table, you can open the case, set the tablet at a comfortable viewing angle, and use the trackpad to navigate without reaching up to tap the display for every action. The listed shortcut row is intended to put common iPadOS controls—such as brightness, media, and volume—within reach. The backlight has 11 colors and three brightness levels, which gives you some flexibility when working in a darker room.

The surface is designed to be wiped clean, and the soft lining is intended to help protect the iPad from scratches inside the case. A magnetic buckle keeps the opening closed, while the Pencil slot gives the stylus a dedicated place during travel. Those details are useful if the case will move between a desk and a bag, though the product information doesn’t specify its weight or how much bulk it adds.

Why it’s worth it

This setup brings several work-focused features together rather than treating the iPad as a tablet that needs a separate stand and keyboard. The floating support, trackpad, shortcut keys, and backlighting can make longer typing sessions and quick edits feel more convenient. It may suit someone who drafts notes, answers messages, or manages documents on a compatible iPad and wants fewer separate accessories on the table.

Fit is the important catch. The listing covers iPad Air 11-inch models including M4 (2026), M3 (2025), and M2 (2024), as well as the 11-inch iPad Pro from 2018 through 2022 and iPad Air 4th- and 5th-generation models. It explicitly excludes the iPad Pro 11-inch with M4 or M5. Check the model number on your tablet against the compatibility list, a similar screen size alone doesn’t establish a match. The product details also don’t state battery life or connection method, so those may matter if you’re comparing keyboard cases by setup requirements. Worth considering if your iPad is on the supported list and you want a combined keyboard-and-stand setup.

Key takeaways

• Magnetic floating stand supports typing and browsing with the tablet raised.
• Multi-touch trackpad, a full row of iPadOS shortcuts, and 11-color backlighting are built into the keyboard.
• PU leather is described as stain-resistant and wipeable, a lining, magnetic buckle, and Pencil slot round out the case.
• Compatibility is model-specific. The 11-inch iPad Pro M4 and M5 are not supported.

Buying verdict

Choose this RAYMCRAFT case if you want a more desk-like way to use a compatible iPad and value a built-in stand, trackpad, backlighting, and Pencil storage in one accessory. It’s a more feature-heavy approach than a simple cover, but that also means it may be less appealing if your priority is keeping your tablet setup minimal. It may not suit you if you own an 11-inch iPad Pro with M4 or M5, or if you need confirmed details about battery life or connection before choosing. On the spec sheet, model fit is the clearest decision point: verify your exact iPad before buying.
