PYS PYS-CXFK14-16:10 14-Inch 16:10 Magnetic Privacy Screen, Anti-Glare

Benefits

For working on a laptop in a busy airport, shared office, or classroom, the PYS magnetic privacy screen helps keep on-screen information less visible from the sides. Its removable magnetic design makes it practical to attach for focused work and take off when you want to share your display. The matte surface also helps reduce glare, while the blue-light filter adds another layer of screen comfort for everyday use.

This screen is made for 14-inch laptops with a 16:10 aspect ratio. For a closer fit check, measure the displayable image area: the listed dimensions are 12 inches wide by 7.5 inches high, with a 14.1-inch diagonal. PYS reports up to 99.9% UV reduction and 67.6% blue-light reduction in its testing. Those figures are manufacturer-reported and tailored to device characteristics.

Highlights

Magnetic attachment supports quick placement and removal, so the privacy filter can suit changing work settings rather than remaining permanently on the display. From the side, the screen is designed to restrict viewing, making it useful when handling documents, email, or other work in a shared space. The matte finish combines anti-glare and blue-light-filter features in one screen accessory.

The package includes the privacy screen, a cleaning kit, an installation kit, and a storage folder. The folder gives you a designated place to keep the screen when it is removed. Buyers often value the privacy function, while feedback on fit, magnetic attachment, and screen visibility is mixed. Matching the laptop’s 16:10 format and displayable image area is the practical way to choose the correct fit.

Who it’s for

This model is intended for 14-inch, 16:10 laptops, including compatible models from Lenovo, HP, and Dell. It is not compatible with MacBooks and is not optimized for touchscreen use. Before installing, compare your laptop’s displayable image area with the listed 12-by-7.5-inch dimensions, the screen’s diagonal is listed as 14.1 inches. Following that measurement helps you select a filter suited to the visible screen rather than relying on the laptop’s general size alone.

It suits students and professionals who work with private information around other people, and anyone who wants a removable privacy filter rather than a permanently attached film. Use the installation kit to align the screen with the display, then store it in the supplied folder when you remove it. Keeping the matte surface clean with the included cleaning kit helps maintain a clear working view.

When it makes sense

Choose this PYS screen when side-angle privacy, removable magnetic fitting, and a matte anti-glare surface are all useful in your laptop routine. It is especially relevant for working on sensitive material in public or shared settings, where a fixed privacy layer may be less convenient. Its 14-inch 16:10 format and stated screen-area measurements provide concrete fit criteria, while the included installation and cleaning kits support setup and care. For compatible laptops that match those dimensions, it brings privacy and glare reduction together in a screen that can be removed and stored between uses.
