Arshek Privacy Screen Protector for Galaxy Z Fold 8, 9H Tempered Glass

The 25° privacy filter is designed to make the screen harder to view from the sides, which can be useful when checking a phone in a public place. This Arshek set pairs tempered-glass screen protectors with camera lens protectors for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8.

The listing describes 9H glass, support for ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking, and a case-friendly fit. Buyer feedback is mixed on fit and adhesion, so careful alignment matters.

Why it’s worth it

A privacy screen protector serves a different purpose from a standard clear protector: it is intended to limit side views rather than keep the display equally visible from every angle. That tradeoff may appeal if you often read messages or view personal information in shared spaces. The listed 25° filter is the defining feature here, it is not a substitute for adjusting what appears in notifications or on the screen.

The pack combines screen and camera protection, so buyers looking for both do not need to source those pieces separately. The glass is listed as 9H hardness, and the product description says it supports ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking and face recognition. These are stated features, not a guarantee that every installation will feel identical. Customers often describe installation as easy, while comments about privacy strength and overall quality are mixed. Some also report cracking or poor adhesion, including around the front camera area.

It suits you if you want a privacy-focused screen protector for the listed phone and value having camera lens protectors in the same set. It may not suit you if unrestricted side viewing is more important than privacy, or if you prefer a protector with consistently reported fit and adhesion.

Quick overview

• Compatibility: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8
• Material: Tempered glass
• Hardness: 9H
• Finish: Glossy
• What’s included: Three screen protectors and two camera lens protectors, according to the product listing, an alignment frame, cleaning kits, and an instruction manual are also listed

The seller describes the screen glass as case-friendly, with a margin around the edges, and includes an alignment frame to help position it. That may be useful for a first installation, but buyer reports of fit vary. Check that the protector is intended for your exact phone before applying it, especially given reports of size and alignment problems.

Care tips

Use the included cleaning kit and alignment frame as directed in the instruction manual, and take time to position the glass before pressing it down. The listing says to turn on Touch Sensitivity in the phone’s Advanced Features settings after installation. It also recommends rescanning the same fingerprint twice at different angles if unlocking feels less responsive. Those steps are relevant to getting the listed fingerprint feature working, they do not resolve a protector that is misaligned or not adhering properly.

The surface is described as having an oil-resistant, anti-fingerprint coating, but that does not mean it will stay free of marks. Gentle cleaning with the supplied kit is a practical way to maintain visibility without adding unsupported care claims.

Buying verdict

This set is aimed at Galaxy Z Fold 8 owners who want side-view privacy along with camera lens coverage, rather than a clear protector focused only on keeping the display unobstructed. Its combined contents and the included alignment frame make it a convenient format for that purpose. The main decision point is fit: feedback is not consistent, and some buyers report adhesion issues or cracking. If you choose it, match the device carefully and follow the installation guidance, if dependable fit feedback is your priority, compare it with alternatives before settling on a privacy-filter design.
