Petace Outdoor Cat Heating Pad, 19.7" x 15.7", 40W, Water-Resistant Base

Give a cat a warm resting place in an outdoor shelter, on a porch, or in a garage with the Petace Outdoor Cat Heating Pad. Its rectangular 19.7" x 15.7" surface is sized for adult cats and can also suit small dogs.

The pad automatically adjusts to its preset temperature after a pet settles on it. This provides gentle warmth for a pet’s resting spot rather than the intense heat of a human heating pad.

A water-resistant, abrasion-resistant bottom supports use in indoor and outdoor settings. The removable polyester cover is machine washable, making routine cleanup straightforward.

What matters most

This 40W heated mat is designed for cat houses, barns, porches, garages, and other sheltered resting areas, as well as indoor spaces. Its heating function is a practical alternative to an unheated cushion when you want to add warmth to a pet’s regular resting place. The automatic temperature control responds once a pet lies on the pad, while the water-resistant base helps suit the mat to sheltered outdoor setups.

The inner pad has an air valve that lets you adjust its loft for a more comfortable resting surface. The 5.6-foot steel-wrapped power cord is made for outdoor use. For day-to-day care, remove the cover for machine washing. Before use, cover the heated mat with a plush cover, and do not fold it while it is on.

Buyers often describe the warmth as useful in outdoor cat shelters and say their cats enjoy resting on the pad. They also appreciate the removable, washable cover. Feedback on how much the pad inflates varies, so the adjustable loft is best treated as a comfort feature rather than a promise of a particular cushion height.

Fit and sizing

The pad measures 19.7" long by 15.7" wide and is 1" thick. Its rectangular shape gives a cat room to settle in a sheltered bed or house. Choosing a mat size is easiest when you consider how your pet rests: a curled-up cat may use the surface differently from one that stretches out. The air valve allows adjustment of the inner pad’s loft to suit the resting setup.

To prepare the pad, open the air valve and allow it to inflate for a few minutes, the product instructions describe a thickness of about 1 inch. Pressing the center can release excess air. Use no tools to inflate it, and keep the plush cover over the heated surface during use.

Who it’s for

This heating pad is intended for cats and can also be used by small dogs. It is especially suited to pet owners setting up a warm resting place inside an outdoor cat house, on a porch, or in a garage. Indoor use is also an option, so the mat can serve in a pet’s usual resting area rather than being limited to an outdoor shelter.

Should you buy it?

Choose this Petace mat when you want a heated resting surface with a water-resistant base, an adjustable-loft inner pad, and a removable machine-washable cover. Its 19.7" x 15.7" size works well for a compact cat resting area, and automatic temperature control adds gentle warmth once a pet settles in. For a cat house or other sheltered spot where a plain cushion would not provide heat, it brings warmth and easy-clean care together in one practical mat.
