MIXJOY TK-HPP5040T Heated Cat Mat, 11 Heat Levels and 24-Hour Timer
Product description
For a cat’s favorite indoor resting spot, the MIXJOY TK-HPP5040T adds adjustable warmth in a compact mat. Choose from 11 heat levels and set a timer for automatic shutoff. A removable plush cover makes everyday care straightforward, while the included cover also provides the required layer between your pet and the heating pad.
Usage tips
Place the mat indoors where your pet likes to rest, and keep the plush cover in place whenever the heating pad is being used. Use the LED controller to select one of the 11 temperature levels, from 80–130°F, then choose an automatic shutoff time from 1 to 24 hours. An always-on setting is also available. For regular cleaning, unzip and remove the cover for machine washing, the heating pad itself is not described as machine washable.
Where it shines
This heated mat is designed for cats and small animals that enjoy a warm indoor resting place. Its 18 x 16-inch rectangular footprint can fit a familiar nook, a quiet corner, or another spot your pet already uses. Measuring the available space and your pet’s preferred resting position can help you decide whether this size suits your setup.
Temperature adjustment is useful when you want to choose a specific warmth level rather than rely on a single setting. The timer adds another practical option: set the mat to turn off after a chosen period, or select always-on operation. That combination makes it easy to tailor the setup to a pet’s routine and the location of its bed.
Highlights
The pad has a seven-layer protective structure with a waterproof, flame-retardant PVC envelope, a heating wire described as UL-certified, and a temperature sensor with high-temperature protection. Its cord has a spiral chew-resistant covering. These features are designed to add protective measures around indoor use, use the plush cover rather than letting your pet lie directly on the heating pad.
The grey mat combines a PVC heating pad with a soft velvet cover. A zipper lets you remove the cover for machine washing and put it back on for use. The compact format and adjustable controls offer a different approach from a simple, unheated pet mat: this model adds selectable heat and timed operation for cats or small animals that seek a warmer resting surface.
Buyer feedback often highlights the temperature controls and timer, and some owners say their pets return to the mat frequently. Opinions are mixed on softness, durability, and size, so the listed 18 x 16-inch dimensions are a useful guide when choosing a spot and considering your pet’s resting space.
