valigogo VL-CWP01-XL-W Cat Window Sill Perch, XL, Washable Cushion

Give your cat a sunny place to watch the outdoors with the valigogo XL window sill perch. Its roomy bed pairs a soft, three-sided cushion with a solid wood and metal frame. Choose a window lounge for bird-watching and sunbathing, or a floor bed for a spot closer to the ground, this design makes the windowsill the destination.

The essentials

The XL perch measures 27.5'' x 17'' and is designed for indoor use on a window sill. Its unpainted solid wood base and sturdy metal framing support up to 40 lbs, creating a dedicated lounging spot for larger cats. Two metal hooks anchor into a slot in the window sill, while brackets brace against the wall. That setup avoids suction cups and drilling, but it does require a window sill with a slot for the hooks.

The bed’s three cushioned sides form a cozy resting area, with raised, plush edges that can support a cat’s head and neck. For a cat that likes to stretch out while keeping an eye on birds or activity outside, the XL surface offers a spacious window-side perch.

On-body feel

Soft faux rabbit fur gives the cushion a fluffy feel, while the cushioned sides provide a more enclosed place to settle than a flat, open pad. Cats can curl up against the bolsters or rest their head along an edge. This makes the perch suitable for naps as well as relaxed window-watching, with a front view that stays unobstructed.

The removable cushion cover has a zipper and can be machine washed. You can take off the cover for cleaning without dismantling the full perch, keeping routine care focused on the part your cat uses most.

Everyday use

Set the perch at a window where your cat can enjoy daylight and an outdoor view. The hooks fit into the sill slot, and the brackets brace against the wall to support the lounging platform. Before choosing this style, make sure your window sill has the required slot, once installed, the raised position gives your cat a dedicated place for sunbathing, observing birds, or resting near the window.

Compared with a conventional cat bed placed on the floor, this perch uses the window sill as its lounging surface. It suits households looking to give a cat a higher vantage point, while a floor bed makes more sense when the preferred resting spot is at ground level. Buyers often describe the bed as spacious and easy to assemble, and some say it fits their windows well. Feedback on stability is mixed, and some buyers report that the zipper can come undone, so those are useful points to keep in mind when considering their experiences.
