COMHOMA DF-PET07-BLK 2-Story Outdoor Heated Cat House, Oxford Fabric
Product description
The Oxford-fabric shelter measures 16.5"D x 27.9"W x 32.7"H. Its two-story design pairs a heated ground-level sleeping area with an unheated upper lookout. A round window gives cats a view of their surroundings. The raised base helps keep the shelter above damp ground.
Size & fit
The two levels serve different purposes: the ground floor offers a warm place to rest, while the upper story provides an elevated spot to observe birds and outdoor activity. This layout suits a setup where cats need both a sheltered sleeping area and a separate perch. If your priority is a straightforward ground-level refuge, a single-level shelter may better match that need, this model adds a lookout without giving up the heated sleeping space.
At 16.5 inches deep, 27.9 inches wide, and 32.7 inches high, the house has a vertical footprint for an outdoor area. Place it on a stable surface where cats can reach both levels and use the lookout window.
Benefits
A 48°C constant-temperature heating pad warms the ground-level sleeping area, giving outdoor cats a dedicated heated retreat. The plush pad cover removes for machine washing, making it easier to clean up fur, paw prints, and mud as needed.
The Oxford fabric is described as waterproof, with hollow board, EPE cotton, and heat-reflective aluminum foil layers for insulation. Together, these materials are designed to retain warmth while helping block wind, rain, and snow. The elevated frame also separates the shelter from cold pavement and damp ground, a practical detail for outdoor placement.
The upper level is unheated, so cats can choose between a warm place to sleep and a lookout above it. A reinforced chew-proof power cord adds a safety-focused detail for a heated outdoor shelter. The included one-way escape exit provides a route out of the house if a cat needs to leave quickly.
