Resume, shuffle, repeat, program, and introductory playback modes make it easier to choose how a disc plays, whether you are listening straight through or returning to a favorite track.

The FM transmitter sends audio to a nearby FM stereo when the player and stereo are tuned to the same clear frequency. It is a transmitter, not an FM radio receiver. Bluetooth TX is intended for headphones and speakers, not Bluetooth car stereos. The standard USB port is for music playback, charge the player through its USB-C port using a 5V USB power source. A 60-second anti-skip feature supports listening while traveling, and five EQ presets let you adjust the sound character.

Compatibility & requirements

For wireless headphones or speakers, use Bluetooth TX to send audio from a CD or USB drive. To play audio from a phone or tablet through the player’s built-in speakers, use Bluetooth RX. In a vehicle with an FM stereo, tune both devices to the same available FM frequency and use the FM transmitter, Bluetooth car-audio pairing is not supported. USB files need to be on a FAT32 flash drive within the supported capacity. For wired listening or connecting to an external audio system, the 3.5mm jack offers a direct connection.

Best use cases

This player suits listeners who want to keep using a CD collection while also playing digital files from a USB drive or streaming audio from a phone. At home, its built-in speakers provide a simple way to listen without arranging separate audio equipment. For private listening, connect headphones by Bluetooth or through the 3.5mm jack. On a road trip, the FM transmitter can send CD or USB playback to an FM car stereo, while the compact design and anti-skip feature support portable use.

Compared with a basic CD-only player, the CP27BR adds USB playback, Bluetooth in both receiving and transmitting roles, and built-in speakers in one device. Buyers often highlight the speaker sound and portability, feedback on Bluetooth pairing and battery consistency is mixed, so the wired and FM-transmitter options also provide practical ways to listen.

Final verdict

The MEGATEK CP27BR is a practical fit for listeners who want one portable player for discs, USB audio, and phone streaming. Its built-in speakers make casual listening straightforward, while Bluetooth, the headphone jack, and FM transmission offer different ways to connect at home or on the move. Choose it to bring a CD collection into a flexible setup without giving up access to digital playback.
